I went in to buy a new iPhone. The employee changed the cost of the phone multiple times on me. Tried to get me to change my plan multiple times despite me saying no. And lied to me about my old Apple Watch not being compatible with my new phone in an attempt to get me to buy a new watch (my old watch is working fine with the new phone). Be careful believing anything you’re told here.

Updated. Normally, we get exceptional service at this site. Today was a terrible exception with the employee named Cade. When I entered, he was with a customer and I waited as usual. While waiting two more customers came in - and he addressed their issues before mine. When it came to addressing my issue, he said he couldn’t help because the employee that did the order needed to fix it. Then he put me on the phone to Verizon customer service. He kept taking back his phone, talking to other customers while I was trying to listen to the rep on the phone, being argumentative and insulting . It was a terrible 2 1/2 hours of my life and totally uncalled for. We’ve been Verizon customers for 25 years primarily because of exceptional, courteous customer service and support. Cade is not that.

I wouldn’t trust anyone here if it was my last breath. Unhelpful staff, everyone hoping for closing time so they don’t have to assist anyone.

Went this morning at 9:25. On line says opens at 9am on Saturdays. Sign on the door says opens at 9am. Went in and was told they don’t open until 10am. Door was not locked. Said he didn’t know why it said 9 on the door and on line. Wouldn’t help. Told me to come back at 10. Not a chance.

My IPhone was showing a “SIM failure”, I was not able to use my phone all weekend and was extremely frustrated and stressed. Little did I know, all I had to do was go down to my closest Verizon and have a nice soul like Jeremiah help me out! Man was extremely helpful and conversed with me the whole time he fixed my problem! Give the man a raise!!!!!

I usually receive good service at this location. However, last time after purchasing a new phone I was upsold, purchasing 3 accessories. One of them was faulty and would not work. They would not replace it and told me I needed to contact the manufacturer. I'm still waiting a month to hear back from the manufacturer. I didn't appreciate being passed off to somebody else other than the retailer.
