Had a Great experience today! Jeremiah was so helpful and took the time to help me. He is very professional and polite. I can’t say enough about him. Give that guy a raise and/or promotion. That guy is going places!!!!

When I arrived, I was immediately addressed by the staff, whom were eager to help me. I felt that their kindness, and expertise was refreshing and ver helpful. I would recommend the store to all of my family and friends.

Here is my recommendation after spending hours on the phone with Verizon to fix their absurd billing errors.....if you go into ANY Verizon Store.....record your conversation. Every word. They will lie about what's included and what will be waived. Anything to make the sale. When we went back to this location to discuss....the response was....."you'll need to call the Corporate office (to fix what I lied to you about). Worse than a used car dealership. Google "why do Verizon Reps keep hanging up on me" AND GOOGLE " why won't Verizon reps let me speak with a supervisor". You'll be shocked to find out that this is how Verizon trains their telephone reps.

Jeremiah and Johnson are top-notch! I was looking to upgrade the family plan I am on with my brother and sister, and I couldn't have asked for people to help me with options. They explained my options and worked it out to where my bill would only increase by a few dollars. They were very accommodating and a delight to speak to in the store. Job well done!

We went in 2 weeks ago to port a number from one business acct with another carrier to Verizon, but too happy with the results, the phone could not receive calls and some texts, took it back, the next representative in the same store tried to get it working, but had no idea, so put a message to the branch manager of that store and NEVER got back to us, very disappointing, so we went to another Verizon and Ryland who is in training was able to figure it out and helped us. The problem was Jeremiah did not finish porting the phone over to Verizon, we were being explained what was going on, and we should have never left that first Verizon store without the phone working properly. Caused a lot of frustration. Almost lost a customer because of lack of due diligence to make sure the customers phone is working the way it should.

Not an actual verizon corporate store. This is a 3rd party. Best to go to a corporate Verizon store for all your needs.

I wanted to add my sister to our family's wireless plan. She's had all kinds of trouble with her previous phones, and was apprehensive about getting someone who wouldn't help her, who would blow her off or talk all sorts of tech lingo she doesn't need to understand. Instead, she had the incredible good fortune to meet Casey. I had to speak with Casey, to assure Verizon that this was a legitimate linkage to our family account. He couldn't have been more genuinely thoughtful, more helpful, more supportive. He is exactly the kind of person every one of us wishes we might find when we go into a Verizon, Best Buy, TMobile, etc......and whom we so rarely find. Casey deserves a Gold Star for patience, thoroughness, tech smarts (without the need to show them off), and all-around great sensitive wisdom. After years of having hit-or-miss (mostly miss) service at tech stores, Casey is just a Rock'em Sock'em Robot of a great employee.

Store manager would not refund me after his employee screwed up my phone so bad that it was locked for 6 days. I had to switch to att to get my phone to work. I overheard manager on phone with Verizon complaining that several of their customers were having this problem. You would expect that after all the problems they would refund the 65 dollars they charged me to screw up my phone. But you will find no accountability here just greed and terrible service.

Garrett is a terrible store manager at the Verizon store on Milwaukee Street in Boise, Idaho. He is pompous and speaks from an unfounded place with respect to his knowledge of the products that Verizon sells. He is clearly biased against selling Apple products. During my visit to this store, he made his unsolicited opinion known, and proceeded to argue with me about the incorrect statements he was making about Apple products and service. What I don't understand is why the store owner and/or Verizon would allow this employee to continue working in this capacity when he is costing the store thousands of dollars in sales and revenue. I know that Garrett lost the sale of two Apple products as a result of his decision to express his views regarding these products. In the end, I left this store and made my purchase elsewhere.

Really great customer service! I spent about two hours here awhile ago. Everyone was so patient and knowledgeable. I'm sad I didn't find this place sooner!
