Visionworks Boise Town Square provides a great and comfortable experience with personable and kind staff who offer excellent customer service. The team is knowledgeable and takes the time to get things right, providing a personal experience when choosing glasses and ordering contacts. The eye doctor is thorough, wonderful, and passionate, offering in-depth and detailed explanations during appointments. The store has a good product selection of glasses and contact lenses, including designer brands. Some customers recommend the office highly and have had nothing but good experiences, planning to keep coming back. A suggestion was made to offer a better range of modern and stylish frames. Overall, it is a highly recommended optical retailer where clients feel well taken care of.
