Don't pick you fedex packages from here if you don't want them to be opened. My package ended up getting sent to the pharmacy and even opened. I had to go to the pharmacy side to pick it up. Sent my boyfriend to this one to pick my package up earlier and he wasn't able to, they said they need to see my ID "they could get fired" and the other time he went in they just wanted tracking number and his ID said nothing about needing to see my ID & had no troubles the other time. Ladies in there are super snarky and short tempered when I've gone in. Would avoid this location at all cost. Do your due diligence and go to a different Walgreens, I will be switching back to my old one. Can't believe there's so many one star reviews and Walgreens can't seem to relook at their employees.

Horrible employees rude, if you get there within 20 min of closing plan on being asked to leave. They will not help you, there rude, ungrateful horrible management and employees. Avoid at all cost 20 before closing if not you will be disappointed. I'll never step foot inside that store Again!!!!

The pharmacy hours are never the same. The listed hours are never correct. It's like they open and close whenever they feel like it. Like today is Sunday
The website says they're open until 9pm. I'm here at 2:41 pm and they're closed. What's the deal? Waste of time.

Bad experience is the third time with the cashier. From the store. He attends to me. With a horrible attitude. I tried to make a deposit and he snatched the money out of my hand. So I preferred to do the same and not return. To the store while she is there, in fact she is the one. Manager. So. You can't do much. This store has been. For years my branch. But from today I won't be back. It's a nightmare. That woman.

This place is the worst. They get frustrated when you show up because they don’t want to do anything. They say they don’t have an item in stock just so they don’t have to help you find it. They heavy sigh when you pick up photos. They don’t want to help print a shipping label because it’s “too difficult.” Go somewhere else.

Cashier Deb and her Manager both were very rude today. I gave them my paper printed new ID from the DMV along with my Expired ID the DMV put holes in as they instructed from the DMV. Had no issue with the bank on Friday doing this or anywhere else in the past 3 days. Walgreens manager I don't know her name but immediately said it was a copy and not the original. This is the original and i had the receipt printed from DMV showing as well but they didn't want to see or acknowledge it. Just said it was fake and DMV wouldn't print without perforated edges. Monday I will let BBB as well as DMV know that this location doesn't except state issued printed Paper IDs. Will never return to this location. Manager deserves to be fired for how quickly she was to assume and be a total bad person. Just wanted to add money to my Cash App Card and that doesn't even require and ID as I went to Family Dollar across the street.. didn't need ID. Not at all good way to talk to people or be a manager. Just didn't want to listen and called me a liar in front of many people. Will never do business with this location as they told me go somewhere else. Horrible manager and Deb isn't far off. Do not support this location.

I’m so frustrated that the pharmacy is never open. When it’s time to pick up meds, more times then not their pharmacist “isn’t on duty.” Very disappointing.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 5 years. The past few months, it’s been one thing after another. They are ALWAYS closed now. It’s a Pharmacy, folks need their meds! Not to mention, giving 10 day supplies of meds instead of 30. This is not the first time and the list goes on and on. I went across town to another Walgreens last week because this pharmacy was closed for 3 days in a row. Don’t understand why it has to be so hard to pick up a prescription, it shouldn’t be. Maybe they should do everyone a favor & close permanently.

This pharmacy is the worst! My doctor called in meds for pre-op, I got the call to pick them up, I work 12 hour shifts so they open after I’m at work and close before i get off, had a friend pick them up and 1 was not filled. Here I am at the pharmacy 9am when they open- should have taken this med an hour ago, I wait for 30 minutes with multiple customers when we are told there is no pharmacist and maybe this afternoon there might be one. This is not helpful. I wish I would have changed pharmacies earlier

This Walgreens is the pharmacy I and my husband have used for over 10 years. We never had any problems with their 9-5 hours. We never needed a 24 hour Pharmacy or one that was open on weekends, so this was fine. A couple of years ago they started not having pharmacy hours on weekends, just 9 to 5 and we were fine with that. Next, they instituted a 1 hour lunch break from 1:30 until 2:00. OK so they didn’t have enough people for them to be able to stagger their lunch breaks. A bit of a nuisance but, we were ok with it. We liked the pharmacy staff. I then had shoulder replacement surgery. My Dr. called in my RX for pain the day before. Two days Wednesday when I got out of hospital, we stopped to pick up RX at 11:00 am. Store was open but the pharmacy was closed all day. Cashier in store said something about a house keeping or off sick…. I called corporate Walgreens and told me that pharmacy was supposed to be open and if it wasn’t, they would have been notified. They weren’t and were shocked. That was October 12 2023. It happened again today December 8 2023. I am moving my RX to another Pharmacy.

Wouldn't take my 100 dollar bill because it was from the 90's. What a joke! Can't even verify my bill is real.
