What a waste of my time I went there to have a prescription transferred, and this guy is asking me the name of the medication instead of calling the pharmacy or looking at my account not to mention I sat at the drive-through for 10 minutes with nobody else there not at the counter or at the drive-through

Aaron was so wonderful to go above and beyond his duty of helping me and clarifying and making sure everything went well and that I had a good experience and just by being him thank you for your help in time during a difficult time that I'm facing that you don't know of first time I've been out of my house for a couple weeks now having issues and being like a bear hibernating so I fully I'm mostly appreciate it thank you once again

Never use this pharmacy! They said insurance wouldn’t allow a prescription but that was a lie, they just didn’t have it in stock at this location and it is a life threatening emergency. After calling again another pharmacy filled it. Looking at a lawsuit.

Employees are turning away customers before 10 pm saying they are closing at 10. Online it says open til midnight so maybe update your hours.

I have been a customer here for almost a decade, and enjoy the pharmacy drive through or walk-in hours. The pharmists are very knowledgeable and experienced, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The only downside to this location is the traffic, prices for store products are high, and they no longer offer 24hr pharmacy pick up or drop off hours.

JEFF the pharmacy tech discriminated against me when I went in for my RX. I literally called the non emergency 911 number to report him because I felt so violated. 911 was extra supportive and are helping me do a civil case against him. JEFF literally said "I'm not losing my job over you" .... my rx is not a dangerous rx... it keeps me from having seizures. Jeff looked at me like I was a piece of trash. He called himself a "DR" twice as he refused to give me my RX that keeps me from having seizures. Signed by MY Dr and refilled 4 days later. I've been established at that location for 13 years and have been on my RX for 1 year. Jeff just straight up said, no. Jeff has horrible beside manner of he "is" a doctor. A leader in any business setting wouldn't treat anyone that way. Shame on you Jeff. I'll NEVER come to your location ever. My advice to you... be kind. I will also happily share my experience with others so they never have to be denied a life saving RX. My group/ family/ work/ friends will never use walgreens again DUE TO JEFF.

I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews but Walgreens takes the cake. They should close all locations as they are no longer reliable and dependable as they once were. We used to enjoy their fast and friendly service. Now they have a sign that says no pharmacist. How do you manage a drug store and no pharmacist?

I was trying to print photos in person, but none of the USB cords they had available worked for me to print it myself on their computers. I went to the counter to ask if they could print the photos for me, and was met with sassiness and disdain from the store manager. The photos I wanted took literally seconds to print, but the manager complained that entire time because I had to ask someone to do it for me. The manager said to another employee that, “this photo department is relentless.” It wasn’t my fault that the store didn’t have the equipment working for customers to print their own photos. I would recommend going to any other Walgreens to have your photos printed because the store manager here will find a way to start conflict on something that doesn’t need to be negative at all.
