Defective Snowblower return. The worst customer service I've experienced in Years. I brought in a 1 day old defective Snowblower to return I bought on line. As soon as I got there I had the customer service lady say, we might not be the right store to return thus. She got on her phone and looked to see if there store could take the refund. The instructions I received were simple, take the blower back to Any Walmart. She was not interested in my comments. Next she asked if the gas had been drained because she smells gas. She then said we can't take it back with gas in it. I told her yes there was gas in it , that is how it runs. She then reiterated we can't take it back. I asked her where does it say you must drain it before it can be returned? She had no answer other than "we can't return it". I told her I would empty it and be back. She followed me to the door and rudely said" where do I plan on draining the gas?" I was taken off guard and I said I have no idea. I wanted to say more. Instead I asked for the manager. I said, Not a team lead a manager. She said she will get the manager on duty. I was hoping since it was a Saturday afternoon an actual manager would be working. Knowing how these big box stores operate I was hoping it wouldn't be an employee posing as a manager not capable of making a decision other than tow the line. . She brought me "Christian". He didn't say hello or introduce himself. So i jumped in and explained the pain in the ass it was to load the blower in and unload it to return it only to find out we aren't able to return it. After 15 seconds of speaking with the Manager on Duty, I got far more discussed than I thought possible. The only thing he had to say was we can't return it with gas and oil in it. I asked him to show me in writing where it states you can't return it with gas and oil in it? He said "I don't have too". I said you can't show me the policies? I could believe my ears. What a great response from the Manager on Duty. I then discovered he was the "Digital Coach " I knew there was zero chance of Christian making any decisions other then what his Customer Service girl told him and quickly realized it was a waste of time to talk to him. I asked Christian to give me the Store and Regional managers numbers. He refused and said he can only give me the general store number. Then to make things worse...another male employee came up and got involved in the conversation. I asked him why he decided to get involved and he could leave. He didn't like that and told me to leave the store. I said why..they said because I wasn't being nice. I said I'm not leaving, and by now there were 5 employees standing there and the guy that got involved said call the cops. Not sure if one of the girls did call but no police came I was infuriated I came to return a $500 defective item and left with threats of the police and being intimidated by employees that had no reason to be in the conversation. I told Christian he was useless and they should have sent a cashier because they have equal power. What a joke of a store. He also accused me of telling him to F off.. That never happened and the 4 other employees if they are able to speak the truth will also say it never happened. Maybe you have tapes of the entrance door your could review. You will witness the complete incompetence of those involved. I guarantee you will never see me or anyone I know shop there. It makes me feel that kind of behavior is allowed by the Real Management of the store. Speaks volumes on how the store is run. Minus -5 Stars

Warning for anyone coming here for hormone prescriptions for hormone replacement therapy:pharmacist refused to sell me smaller gauge needles than 22g for my prescription. he did this with an extremely brash attitude towards me. the very kind pharmacy tech even corrected him, agreeing that i could use the 23-25g needles for my injection, subcutaneously. i paid for them and the pharmacist refunded me without asking and saying "go somewhere else and get the 22g needles/syringes"this guy was spewing genuine, factual inaccuracies about something i had been counseled by doctors and professional peers over and knew the facts about while he clearly did not take the time to listen to his own staff nor my wishes. not even ten minutes of google will tell you there was no reason to not let me walk away with the syringes.(i ended up obtaining 23g elsewhere, administered the medication and everything ended up perfectly fine)he went so far as to ask me if i had spoken to my doctor about this prescription prior to it being filled. (the box has her name on it; no one is prescribing hormones without consultation and i am a 25 year old adult) i understand not feeling comfortable with something you have little experience with, i understand not being comfortable giving someone something you adamantly disagree with because you believe it's dangerous. however there was no danger to me here, and most importantly the attitude, the disrespect to me and his staff, even after being corrected on my behalf was offensive and disgusting. sell me the syringes or don't, but do not patronizeme and do not project frustration at the mere sight of me.it was clear to me that this pharmacist and most of his staff wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. whether this is genuinely true or not makes no difference to me, as the result was a situation that could not have been more humiliating. it's extremely degrading to be treated like a child while acting like you've never seen a trans person before. thank you to the sweet pharmacy tech who tried to advocate for me.the same pharmacist had also been super rude to me in the past over a steroid med prescribed for an autoimmune issue about a year or so ago and this was just the last straw.i will be taking my business elsewhere entirely from now on.boise en large needs a desperate clean up and serious education when it comes to the behaviors of pharmacies when it comes to trans care.

I don't appreciate (1) saying I must have had more RX pills filled than I thought even though I'm out, and giving up immediately, and come to find out there was a mistake that was not mine (2) when the phone rings for 4 minutes and no one picks up, numerous times in one afternoon. It’s been good until this happened, I just don’t appreciate all the time that was wasted today.

Don't wear a hood or face mask at this Walmart or you will be treated like you are Americas Most Wanted. I found it both irritating and insulting when, at self checkout, my station was flagged and I was told I had two items in my hand in an accusatory manner. First of all, all I was buying was two items. I didn't bother to set one down. What's the problem? They interrupted me checking out because they were profiling me, and tried to blame me for it. I am so so so sick of the hyper-vigilant, neurotic collective mental illness being projected on me (and us in general, the paying customers) at this store. Not only does it cause me anxiety, but it's insulting when I am treated like a thief here, and it's infuriating to be aggravated when I'm trying to pay for an item by your stupid "errors" at self checkout so you can check for theft. It has gotten to the point where I am conscious of myself during the entire shopping experience because I feel like I'm being watched. I feel like if I make the wrong movement I will be seen as a suspect and be subjected to being basically gang stalked while im shopping. It really puts a bad taste in my mouth, and I understand why people finally blow up on these people. Sure, Walmart is cheap, but I'm not sure it's worth being treated like a criminal or profiled because i didn't take the hood of my jacket down (it was raining), or because I didn't set a single, small item down when scanning the other. The items weren't even in the same hand!

When I switched insurance companies, they had better prices if I used Walmart. I didn’t have high expectations but I thought I would give it a try. I’ve been going here for years now and I have never in my life been to a better pharmacy. They are knowledgeable. They are kind. They are courteous and extremely helpful. I left my doctors office and drove directly to the pharmacy today knowing that I would have to wait for the prescription that had just been called in. They had it ready for me. When I have questions they never act impatient. In my 70 years I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies , but none have even come close to the quality of this one.

The manager of the store basically had a tantrum when the checkout system went down. Very shameful display, she looked 50 but acted 5 years old.

If i could leave a negative 15 star i would. I called 7 times and waited while it rang for 5 1/2 minutes each time and when i arrived 10 minutes to 7 i was able to pickup the Rx ready but not another one. I stood there waiting. As a medical assistant I'd never turn away a patient just because I'm in a hurry to leave... I will never be back to this pharmacy.-Sara r

Technician Valerie was extremely rude on the phone and refused to tell me whether my prescription could be filled, claiming it was company policy. I just called literally every other Walmart pharmacy in the area and had no such issue, everyone else was perfectly professional.

i cannot tell you how many times i have requested a refill only for it not to be filled for a reason that is never explained to me. i cannot tell you how many times i have visited my doctor who has sent my prescriptions thru only to have them not filled (again) for a reason that is never explained to me. and every time something like this happens (which let me stress, has been many times) i'm made to feel like it's my fault as the staff is incredibly unfriendly. i wish it wasn't so but the cheap prices at this pharmacy come with cheap service. i can't do it anymore so i've switched pharmacies.

Oh my heck, there's currently a shortage of medications in our area (and in other areas of the US too). Our regular pharmacy has been out of stock of the medication for months. I've contacted 2 other pharmacies and they could fill 1 person's script. We filled it immediately. I called Walmart and the technician refused to inform me if they could fill the medication due to "policy". I asked several times if we could bring in the prescription? "I can't tell you anything per Wamart's policy, the tech commented. Semantics..."Is it worth our time to bring in the prescription to be filled? After what seemed like pulling teeth, she said it "wouldn't" be worth you bringing in the script. Couldn't you have said that when I first called? Walmart, please check your customer service policy. Ridiculous!

This Walmart is trash if 0 stars was an option !! especially the cashiers that they have with your self check out yesterday and my husband and I got some alcohol. I had three kids with me so my husband pulls his ID out to show the person and the person comes and asks me for mine as well. Mind you I am clearly over 21 years old, I'm actually 33 so even though they had a valid license to purchase alcohol that they could type in, they made me go out to my car to get mine which is fine but while I was outside the person who was in charge of the self check out left to help somebody else so another person came up to talk to my husband about moving along and he showed that person his ID again and she started typing in the date and the person who originally was dealing with us, came back and said that they were waiting for another party (and was rude about it infront of other customers and our kids) even though they already had a valid date to type in to their system... I thought that was a law here in Idaho that you know as long as you have a valid ID and whoever is paying is the valid one, they can sell the alcohol .. I don't know if it's just a Walmart thing but no other grocery store, gas station, or convenience store does it like this. This is not the first time this has happened but only at this Walmart. It's just really annoying and enough to make us not want to go back there.
