I stopped by this Walmart today for the first time and lastā¦The store is clean and well stocked and organized. Parking lot in front of the store was clean as well.
To the negativesā¦
Customer service representative at the checkout, had no sense of urgency, we spent good 20 minutes checking out no more than 15 common household items, (there were people behind us) common customer service skills like greeting customers or turning the ālazy susanā for the customer to remove the bags with items purchased was not in her repertoire either.
By far, the worst customer service experience Iāve ever had in my entire life.

The groceries are a good value, The shelf stocking staff is friendly, However the front staff stare at you and have a horrendous attitude problem.

Red haired lady at customer was very rude and kept telling me that no phones had been turned into them that morning. I had actually driven home and pinged my phone in the customer service area. Saw her again on my return to the store, she was still saying no phones had been turned in. Luckily I found another employee who wasn't too lazy and she went to look in another office and wouldn't you know it, my lost phone was turned there.

1st# First of all, I've never liked no cashiers to check people out or help with groceries and I'm old. Also it was people's job to do as a curtesy service. I'm old and I need a little help. I Aldo don't like the cashiers thier now doing nothing but watching out for thieves. Everyone needs a job and being a cashier was a good one that people appreciated. And where are the baggers. I'm serious i need help with my groceries. #2they are not lower prices than others especially thier meat. They never have sales and all in all I'd just rather go to somewhere else where the meat and produce are higher quality. #3... I bought a thawed turkey hen for .50 a pd. But when I got home my partner said it's leaking and stinks. So I called Walmart about it and said I'd be there tomorrow for the exchange. We really wanted one because we didn't have enough money to buy it for Thanksgiving. So we were now going to have a late one.. we'll of coarse they had no more fresh turkeys so she showed me the frozen and said that would be good but then the boss said, I'd have to pay more just because it was frozen. And for whatever reason the frozen were .88 per pd. So close. In the old days, the store owner would have just exchanged it but not poor walmart. I'm going to buy most everything at a different and more local reasonable store.. I only buy what's on good sale items, at Albertsons or Fred Myers. But there are others as well. We are all awake and know we all got duped twice or more times. Covid, we little people payed for that bullshit. Then smaller packaging and then raised all taxes. We have to start fighting back in all ways possible. Amen

Well we'll, you want a review when you did absolutely nothing. I mean nothing at all. I got my own groceries, checked myself out, and didn't even speak to an associate. If I could give 0 stars it would be so.... The audacity to ask me at the checkout to leave a review is pure ridiculousness! You have become a self sufficient shopping center. Your associates do nothing but play grab ass and look at their phones. You have no reason to ask for a review when in all reality I would be reviewing myself. I'd give myself 5 stars for being in and out of your store within 5 minutes of arrival and checking myself out.... š Quite comical if I may add....

Not layed out like any other store around the US, doesn't have the apparel and Shoe section a Walmart is known for. Just a grocery store.
Don't come for basic Walmart needs.

Good for a few items, but honestly, the produce can be disappointing. Nicely laid out and easy to find items. They have some local foods which are great! They do carry some basic hygiene, pet, and baby items as well. Not as many as super centers, but I was happy to see most of my preferences were there.

I have never in my life been treated so badly just because nobody in that store new how to run a healthy benifits card Mercy the manager was extremely rude and hateful and the boy who tried to help said he didnāt like my tone of voice when he was asking me questions Iāve never been asked like an issue date I told him 4 times but he didnāt like my tone of voice lol I am a grown woman being mistreated by employees who donāt know how to do their job! I guess Iām trespassed for my tone of voice! I went to Walmart and had no problem! Albertsons was contracted to take these cards they should train their employees! Stop the excuses to treat customers badlyā¦ā¦ā¦. Itās cool he said Iām trespassed because I will never go to that store again!!!!

This is a very convenient place to shop, unfortunately the workers here are very rude and have no manners. May the manager is very rude and will pretty much yell at you to get out of the store ten minutes before closing, or make you feel guilty for shopping. I know this because I live right next door and shop here everyday unfortunately, only for the convenience that is. Tonight while in self checkout I noticed that my ketchup cap was broken and told the lady with the hat and black curly hair that I had accidentally grabbed a broken one, she was doing nothing and didnāt offer to get me a replacement, so I ended buying none. She had no manners, and either does Mary. The gentleman tending and watching the self checkout just stood there talking about movies and nonsense, never said hello, never asked if I needed help, nothing! When I was done I didnāt get a have a good night or anything, these people are absolutely rude and shouldnāt still be working here. Mary the manager shouldnāt be running the place. In the last 6 months I have found over 58 products that were expired and still on the shelf. Now Iām always paranoid and confirm a sell by date, because this Walmart doesnāt care, itās worse than a Grocery Outlet. Somebody please take control of this Neighborhood Market Walmartā¦..Please!!!!
