Great place to workout during Covid 19. Everyone socially distances and they are about to offer more hours of access. Super friendly place to be. I enjoy it every time I come. Check it out.

This is the best gym that I've ever belonged to. It is literally for people over 50, and it doesn't have banging weights, young bodies in spandex, and intimidation. It is quiet, relaxing, and a great place to exercise. All the staff are remarkable!
