I visit this branch several times a week to deposit my employers checks. I can't really speak to the quality of banking services because I'm not an account holder. But what I can speak to is the customer service I've received here.I'm always greeted promptly and have only experienced longer waits during peak times (12pm, and right before closing). Krystle is my favorite gal! She's always very friendly, helpful and kind. I look forward to my visits and getting to interact with her. ?

Wells Fargo is a good bank with several branches in town. Pretty easy to find a neighborhood branch throughout Treasury Valley.

Standing in line for 15 minutes…still waiting for a teller while they help everyone in the drive through. I have never been to a Wells Fargo that didn’t even acknowledge the customer waiting in line in person before. What’s up, Wells Fargo, do I have have dress up to come in here?

The Wells Fargo branch on Orchard Street in Boise, ID has a sign in their window saying they need coins. I don't bank with Well Fargo, but my son does. I went with him into the bank as he had a check to deposit. I brought $54.00 in various coins that I wanted to exchange for paper money.However, since I did not have an account with Wells Fargo, they would only exchange for the quarters which was only $20.00 of the total. I would have to go to another bank to exchange the remaining $14.00 of coins. I guess Wells Fargo is worried that I would short change them with my remaining $14.00 in coins. I do not blame the person who waited on me. That is the bank policy and it is a really bad one. Why not get a coin counter if they are so concerned about this issue.This is the last time I will go to a Wells Fargo bank.Thomas Hogg

September 2016: Improperly repossessing service members' cars The Department of Justice slapped Wells Fargo's wrist for improperly repossessing the cars of members of the military. The bank did not limit interest rates to 6% (as is required by law), failed to tell courts the borrowers were active-duty when it asked for evictions, and failed to obtain court papers prior to repossessing cars. The bank ended up paying $20 million in fines to the OCC and made restitution of over $10 million to wronged service members.

I arrived at this branch at 1:10, the same branch our company has been with for the past decade and what do i find? I see the lights are off and the doors are locked. I checked the hours of operation and it said they're open till 2pm, yet for some unknown reason i wasnt able to make a deposit or get change for our till, VERY disappointing.

Poorly managed! As someone who owns a clinic next to this branch, I have had repeated problems. 1.) Provided a handful of checks & teller failed to deposit one of them! So glad I took time to review deposit receipt otherwise it would have been money lost. 2.) Deposits into primary checking when clearly stating business. 3.) Banker accidentally drafted Paycheck from from primary checking Instead of business despite my clear instruction, manager had to contact my employee’s bank, employee had to be told not to use money. A mess to fix! 4.) Today, deposited 19 checks, found out my debit card expired & not knowing I needed an ID left it in office. The friendly teller looked up my account, & confirmed wellsfargo failed to mail me a new debit card. Teller deposited checks. I requested cash & teller enacted security questions & gladly gave me $100 & told me if I needed more to head inside. I did just that & the teller inside was great, I inputted my pin for debit & provided all kinds of identifying info & answered questions. The manager overheard & refused me the money insinuating they did not know me.

Today I was asked in an inappropriate way why and how I had cash and was making a deposit. I think he was a newer teller but all of his coworkers were standing right there. I find it to be none of his business how I'd like to use my savings account, just do your job. Family members have had similar recent experiences with intrusive and inappropriate questioning.

I would like to thank Miss Darlene. She was the banker that I worked with this afternoon and she was very knowledgeable and kind. She never once made me feel pressured or bound to do or listen to any offers. If you bank with wells Fargo I would recommend her for all your banking needs.
