The hot sauna of a room where the ATM is could use a sun visor... or 2 or 3. People are going to get heat stroke as they try to pull out a little cash. But...the tellers are super nice so thats a plus.

I was there to order a new debit card. After 2 weeks the debt card didn't arrive. I talked to the the lady who ordered it for me she said she has to order a new one. I was furious because I needed my card and I told the lady I want to close my account she replied I can give you the phone number where I can close my account. Is this the way how you treat your customers and you get rid of them easily! That's an unacceptable way of treating customers! Not recommended at all!!!

Just stopped in to open a account and was met with a very friendly and welcoming individual. Her name is Zenovia Barac. She was so helpful and kind during the whole process. I typically hate going into banks but this time, it was definitely a pleasant experience! I would recommend this branch! Great service and kind individuals!

Just stopped in to change $20 bills for $100’s because this branch is close to Albertsons and I had to get flowers for my mothers funeral today.I want to make a donation to the Priest blessing the grave to give the church and did not want to give him lots of small bills. I explained this to the teller, but she said without an account she would not do this simple request and then said as cherry and sarcastic as she could, “Have a Great Day”. Not, sorry for your loss or we can certainly make an acception in this case and do something as simple as changing your bills. Humanity has lost its soul and Wells Fargo and this Branch in particular is the epoitome of What Society is becoming. Very, very Sad!

So, Wells Fargo has a policy that if I make new purchases online. My card is then considered suspiciously fraudulent and I am not longer able to use the debit card. I called their customer service department tonight regarding this matter. And was told that the hold on my account would be released. Granting my own use of my personal finances Since the purchase's have been verbally confirmed by me. Even after that, I tried to use the card again in the store and the card was initially declined, twice. Which made me in causation, call customer service once again. Explain the situation, in order to be able to use my own card. Which was of course, after the store that I was buying the aforementioned items from had closed. And exactly why should I not have complete access of my own money freely, when transferring from a Savings to a Checking account as many times a I need. This is called an abomination!

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for years and today I am writing a review. I just had a meeting with Zenovia Barac and she did an amazing job. She is extremely caring with great customer service. I went to wire money and she took the time to show me how to do the wire through the mobile app. Furthermore, she showed me how to redeem my rewards from my credit card. I have been wanting to know how to do it for years, I have just never bothered to ask. All I can say is that she's an outstanding banker. Thank you!

I walked in and as soon as I got thru the entrance into the lobby both Claudia and Zenovia welcomed me with giant smiles on. They each had their welcome statement ready and said their own in unison! It was awesome! I have never had any issues with this branch and highly recommend coming here! Great customer service and outstanding knowledge. Keep it up!

If I could give zero I would. If you are looking to open an account go anywhere but here, use any bank but Wellsfargo. Yet another law suit for this joke of a Bank. Stop stealing money, stop hiring people that dont speak English stop talking back to customers.

I went in one evening to wire someone money to buy a "van". Kathy the manager as well as a few helpful employees guided me from being a victim of fraud. She even followed up with me a few weeks later to check on how I was doing....A+!

Want your finger print to cash an on them check with 2 froms of ID. And they will give a copy of the check with your finger print and signature to the person who wrote you the check. Great security for Wells Fargo really crappy security for you.
