So, So upset with the lack of knowledge from a Senior Premier Banker S.H. who failed to disclose that a Social Security Check from the United States Treasury Department would be held for 10 business days because it was a new account. The account was set up for a Guardianship/ Conservator so that I could pay for my mothers assisted living facility. I will be closing this account and never think twice about using Wells Fargo for anything ever again. And I will warn anyone who asks about a good fair bank to go anywhere BUT WELLS FARGO

This morning for first time after i open account with this bank, I went there and after asking a question, the lady behind the counter throw my debit card on me on the counter and walk away, and she was not helpful at all, I will follow this matter with my lawyer soon. because I am foreign or what i have no idea why she treat me this way. hope someone call me and explain it to me.

Trying to withdraw IRA, now all of the sudden I have to1) call a phone number and request forms.2) no one at the number you call has access to said paperwork3) no one at said number knows how long it may take4) you can't talk to anyone that does know about said paperwork, cause they are not qualified to talk to you.5) when you start asking why, they get all kinds of indignant.6) shouldn't employees know their departments they work in....

Went in last week. In and out quickly. The banker was efficient and knowledgeable. Also received a personal follow up call from the branch manager to inquire of my experience and to give me a heads up on best times to come into the branch as holidays approach. No sales related inquiries, just a genuine check up call and some good 'looking-out' information. Great group of people.

Did some work for a landscaping company. Took the check to this bank to cash it. They wanted to charge me $7.50! No wonder this bank is failing.

This is absolutely the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever gone to. They are always hassling the customers and can never accommodate your needs. They have not answered their phone for a week at the branch and the 1-800 number isn't answering the phone either. You ask them at the drive-thru why they're not answering the phone and they say they're by appointment only but how are you supposed to get an appointment if they're not answering the phone? Then they tell you they're not going to resolve your problem as the manager tries to tell you that you are verbally abusing her. All I wanted to do was order some deposit slips for my boss. I have never seen such poor customer service at a bank in my life. Covid is no excuse for the terrible customer service this Wells Fargo branch has been providing for at least the last 3 years now. I recommend going elsewhere if you wanted to be treated decent and be treated like a valued customer. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to.

This Review is for ALL of Wells Fargo, not just this specific one. It is long, but worth it. Please read for your benefit. I have been with WF for 13 years now.We know that Wells Fargo has had "significant troubles" with the whole fake account fiasco a few years back. Many people at the time wondered why I stuck with them, since I am Conservative and do not appreciate shady dealings of any kind. Here is why:Wells Fargo has saved my behind multiple times from bad actors. From accounts getting hacked to unauthorized transactions, to full blown Identity Theft - EVEN just now from, believe it or not, Facebook themselves charging me for a bogus ad fee - this last Facebook issue took them a few minutes to fix and I have my money back in my account within an hour of reporting it - I did not even need to go to a bank or even call anyone - I was able to get it reported and fixed on my online banking directly - took me less than a minute to report, NO waiting times, NO red tape!!!They will take on any business or individual, no matter how big or small they are or how big or small the amount is, Wells Fargo will fight for the little guy when things go wrong. They have done so for me consistently for all 13 years I have been with them.I felt my banking fees were too high last year. I went in and they fixed it all up for me - they even reversed some weird rewards program charges I did not understand / unintentionally incurred on my business account. They closed down savings accounts that were unused to save me fees and they streamlined everything, since my stuff were outdated.I have never had to stand in long lines, never have been mistreated, never had my problems ignored by any Wells Fargo anywhere - and I have used their services in California, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, even other countries - they once saved my ex from huge fraud in the UK. Fixed it within 2 weeks. Cleaned it all up.When they make a mistake they fix it fast without issues. When someone else makes a mistake, including me, they fix that too if possible. THAT is service!The tiny banks / credit unions cannot give this level of service.You are welcome!
