This Wells Fargo has some of the nicest tellers and employees ever. They are personable, have a great sense of humor, and seem to genuinely love their jobs. This is not a fancy "new" Wells but it's still awesome.

Absolutely awesome experience at this bank!! Manager and tellers are top notch .. We really have enjoyed doing business with Wells Fargo Banks and this one on our last visit was so nice .. we thank you for your friendliness .. highly recommend them ~ 10 stars!

Wells Fargo is the worst bank to deal with. They can not provide information requested to pay a credit card bill then charge you interest. The bank makes you wait and helps easy customers first. Closed every account I have with WF and moved to ICCU. Better everything. Wells Fargo is a dying bank, they no longer are my bank!

After having a checking account here for several years with no fees there was a change when unknown to meabout 14 months ago they began charging me $10 a month. They did not notify me of the change and because my account here was inactive I did not detect the monthly drain. I went in last week to close the account and found the problem. The teller was helpful and agreed that this was not fair. She assured me that a banker would help me the same day and all would be well. The call never came so the following afternoon I returned. The branch manager ( Antonio ) said he would help but could only return $ 60 instead of the $140 that they had bled out from my account. I said that this was not good enough so he turned it over to an internal department in another location for review. They have not contacted me and no one is helping. Wells Fargo has had a recent history of unethical behavior like this and I think it is shameful. I would urge all customers to watch their accounts or deal with an honest banker. I continue to fight to get my money returned.

WHY does Wells Fargo insist on LOUDLY asking about your financial business and then broadcasting it to others in the bank? This is a serious security risk not to mention being annoying and unprofessional. Every branch I've been in does this. What is the point? We rarely use Wells Fargo and this is one of the reasons why.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2005 and this is the absolute WORST experience I have had at a branch since I have been a customer. Every time I have been in another branch I have been treated with dignity and respect and the bankers and tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. This branch is a disaster. 2 times we were rescheduled due to their incompetence in double booking appointments. When we told Jessica the managwr about this, she was short tempered with us and completely rude. By far the worst Wells Fargo on the planet. Do NOT recommend

I had to reschedule 3 times because the banker I was working with kept over booking her time. I fell like I was not treated in a respectful way. I will not be coming back here.

Was sent to this branch by a representative at the Five Mile branch, who assured me their lobby was open. It is closed just like Five Miles. Website says it is open. If Wells Fargo can't get their stories and websites straight, I'm supposed to trust them with my money? Long time Wells Fargo customer but this is unacceptable confusion. After all the bad publicity recently you would think they might try a little harder to service their customers. I guess not!
