This store is ridiculous. There are literally no staff members working to produce any food, stock any shelves or check people out when it’s time to pay stupid prices for food.

Store conditions are slipping. Prepared food is left out past acceptable serving quality and not replenished. Supervisors focus on their clipboards instead of the check out lines formed. Prices continue to increase meanwhile experience has deteriorated in past several months. Service staff appears caring and committed as best they can despite whatever is causing this regression.

Called ahead for a specific produce item, they had them bagged up and ready for me to pick up. NICK was more than helpful, pleasant attitude, you can always tell when someone enjoys their job and are good at it.

I was pushing one of the little carts through their parking lot when the front wheels hit their uneven brick lot tumbled over and everything when flying, shattering an oil bottle and bruising my shin. Thanks for that experience.

This is a top 5 whole foods. Cool bar upstairs and the largest non alcoholic beer selection I've seen yet.

I love herbal supplements in this store. Also there is a lot of healthy organic produce in Whole Foods, such as green beans, heirloom tomatoes, carrots and so on.

I just walked out of this place while having to bag my own groceries even though the person whose job it is to bag, my groceries just sat there chitchatting with the teller. I totally understand that if you have to make $15 an hour at this point when you’re clearly over 25 years old, then something went wrong in your life and i sympathize but if you can’t actually bag someone’s groceries then maybe something is wrong with management

Love the selection of organic and vegan products, so helpful for my allergies. Love the coffee shop too. Everyone working there is really great too!

I drove an hour in 103 degrees to take my cat to her chiropractic appt, & went in to spend some of my 1k/ mo usual grocery expense, when I was approached by a manager & told to leave because cats are not companion animals. Well she was confined to a stroller & Why would I pay for her chiropractic & then kill her by leaving in the car? Doesn't compute. Being a former grocery manager of 15 years, we taught our clerks that the average customer has a $500.00 bill on their forehead. In my case 1k. This manager didn't know that. He also didn't know that when you tell your customers "NO," they frequently go to your competition & never come back. Also taught my clerks. So I found what I was looking for & you can kiss your 40 yr profit of 480k, or 50 yr profit of $600k buh bye.

I use Whole Foods delivery through Amazon and it’s great except for the love of god stop wrapping the meat (that is already wrapped in plastic) in more plastic bags. Jesus it’s too much. Why? Please stop.

I've used the Amazon Hub @ Whole Foods for a couple of years. Fast & simple pick up. Located in downtown Boise next to Boise State University. Fantastic alternative to home delivery. I Will continue to receive my Amazon packages @ this Amazon Hub.

As always expensive. However great pre-workout. Awesome lunch bar with sides. Clean. Staff is cool. The patrons can be rude though. Who likes grocery shopping now and days anyways? Definitely not your typical Boise crowd though.

Great selection of organic and vegan options. Selection of seafood was not as robust as I would have thought (no steelhead ?), butcher block has beautiful steaks and a variety of marinated/seasoned chicken. Very nice hot bar and salad bar for "to go" meals/sides.
