If I could give Wizard Auto Specialties 10 stars I would! I've been SO IMPRESSED with their high standard of customer service and their expertise with autobody work. I was, unfortunately, in an accident about 6 months ago. Greg and Traci at Wizard made sure my rental car was available right at the shop! I was also able to drop the rental car at the shop when my vehicle was finished. That is a BIG DEAL when you don't have another licensed driver handy. The autobody work was excellent. I could not tell there was ever an issue. A couple of months later I felt a wobble of some kind at certain speeds. I talked to Greg about it, and he didn't ask any questions at all but had me drop it off as soon as possible. He discovered that the issue was not a warranty issue (not even part of the repairs), but during the workup he discovered the problem and had it repaired for me! When it was finished he delivered the car to my work! I'm telling you... that kind of customer service is rare these days. RARE, Y'ALL!! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you Greg and Traci!

I cannot recommend Wizards enough! They had quite a wait list to get my car in, but it was more than worth the wait. The repairs done to my vehicle are seamless and it honestly looks like brand new. Wizards also went a step above and fully detailed the interior of my car. The employees were kind and so great to work with. I hope we don’t need any body work done on our vehicles in the future, but if we do, we will definitely come to Wizards again.

10/10! The people at this shop are amazing. They are phenomenal neighbors always willing to lend a hand or give me a jump start when they see me in need of one. If they’re willing to help their neighbor, that shows how good of a business they run.

I can't say enough great things about Wizard Auto Body! Chris and Greg, for some reason, I want to call him Craig, but one of those is right. Apologies! Regardless, Chris and Greg-Craig were amazing, simply fantastic humans. Kind, patient, understanding, and would you believe this... BEYOND helpful! In 2023, no less. If you need Auto Body work and you're anywhere within 200 miles, do whatever you can to work with these guys. Pull the car with rope and your bare hands if you have to. Pull it until your sneakers wear out, go full, David Goggins. Who's going to carry the boats! I'm not kidding they went above and beyond helping me and my wife with a terrible situation after my wife was in an accident, and our insurance company was more than mishandling the situation and playing silly games. It took over 60 days to get things settled with Esurance, which is All State, which is the General, so don't sign up for any policies with those companies. They are terrible. Anyways, back to the good part. You wouldn't think you'd find comfort in an Auto Body shop, but that's exactly what we found. Comfort and Peace of Mind. I can't thank you guys enough. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

While these folks can handle almost any vehicle, Wizard is the go-to shop for Corvettes. The quality of work and level of service are excellent.

In today's world, everything takes longer. However, Wizard Auto was exceptional in getting my Jeep back into tip-top shape. Attention to detail was great, and they made sure to address all of my concerns. I hope to not get hit by an inattentive driver again, but if I do, I will be dropping my vehicle off here.
