I have worked with Zenware on a couple of projects. At my place of business we have several databases that are connected to each other. Each time a software company updates one of our databases I am able to contact Zenware and they make sure all the databases are connected and functional. I have had no issues working with them. They have helped me out in a moments notice to make sure our business didn't stop. Keep up the good work!

For us at Idaho Liquor Delivery, they've created an app via Road FS. Our app is user friendly, mobile friendly, and is a program that can be utilized by many users. Their support is incredible. Their price point is incredible. We've worked closely with Rod Puzey, Dave Wasden, and Curtis Hessing!! We could not ask for a better team of brainiacs!! Thank you guys!! You're all awesome!!

Our experience with this company was absolutely "negative" . We are a small mobil auto reconditioning company. We contacted Zenware 6 month ago asking for a billing app to use it on the field and the nightmare started. We just got problems from the beginning with accessibility and printing among other issues (we have support for any issue). We paid this company for a solution and we just got head aches. We wasted our time and money. We called them today to cancel the contract because we strongly beleive we have enough reasons to do it and obviously to get our money back and they rejected our request. When we told them that it wasn't a right attitude then they started laughing. Is that professional? I don't think so. Don't get me wrong this is not personal we just couldn't get what we paid for and it's very disappointing when you have this kind of response from the company you are doing business. Now after six month we have to try a different way and Zenware won't refund the money. My suggestion is stay away.

As a small business owner, Zenware has been invaluable. When searching for a company that could take my homegrown software, make improvements to it and walk me through the process of having the software available online to clients, the job was too small for many companies. Zenware however was not only receptive, they took on my project and now continue to provide advice, counsel and technical support for my software needs. They communicate clearly, they are highly knowledgeable and generally, just fantastic to work with!

I don't do many google reviews but I fell strongly about doing this one. I am a business owner and developed a software program using another individual program writer (not Zenware). However, that left me with a single point failure, if something happened to her, I had no fallback.
I met Jody Sedrick CEO Zenware through the BBB better business bureau I reached out to him asking Zenware to learn my program assuming ongoing development and support of the program when I sold it to others. Over two years ago Zenware assumed ongoing development and support of my software program.
I had one main objective, to sleep easy at night knowing I had placed my software needs in capable hands that could provide competent support, assist with development ideas, improve both my product and the service provided with my software program. Dan at Zenware is the main programmer assigned to my needs. He and his team, Et and others, have provided the support and development needs I was hoping for. They are quick to respond to our requests, keep an ongoing log of items under development, and are quick to research and fix problems, provide excellent support to new users of the program.
When the time came that I had grown such that I needed to move my work to a "data Center" they researched my needs, connected me with an excellent data center and security monitoring company to meet my requirements.
I think the best way I can say I am pleased and grateful for their service and recommend them is: I sleep well at night, no longer worried about software support for my computer program.
