Just came to this ATM for some desperately-needed cash. NONE of the buttons on this machine work, and it ate two of my debit cards. I’m not from Boise, so now I have no way to get gas or have money to get anywhere. This is seriously the most inconvenient thing that has ever happened to me.

Pretty good bank. no nonsense and easy to use. Used to be with WAMU then CHASE. Zions seems better. No more problems with hidden /new extra fees.

Hands down the worst bank I've ever used. I opened an account here because my main client used this bank and I thought it would be convenient. But the policies of this institution are predatory at best.

We've been Zions Bank customers for decades and overall it's been a good bank for us. All the local branches we frequent have helpful and friendly staff. But in this day and age, their web site has fallen behind and they don't have competitive rates for online savings accounts. They also charge $5/month just to sync to Quicken.

Again, terrible bank. Will charge you fees you haven't agreed to as often as they can even if you have overdraft protection or sometimes even when the money is in the account. Terrible customer service, just an all around AWFUL bank. If you're considering banking here please go ANYWHERE else. We've been with them for 12+ years and their customer service is totally gone.

Wonderful customer service. They always say hello when I walk in, (most of the time they will all say hello!) and always remember my name, or make the effort. :) This group really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and you know that your money is in a secure place. Banking can be difficult, but they help you every step of the way and answer any questions you have!
