“I took my Tesla to North Idaho Collision after hitting a deer, and the entire repair process was remarkably smooth. Everyone I worked with was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish.
They even helped to get my insurance company to cover the $50 bumper sticker, which my coverage included but had never been mentioned by my insurer or any other body shop I’ve used.
I had my car back in a little over a month. The last time I needed collision repairs, I used a Tesla-certified body shop, and the process took two and a half months. I was especially impressed with North Idaho Collision’s turnaround time, particularly because my vehicle had more damage this time.
They also installed a tow hitch I purchased separately and charged a very reasonable price for the work.
I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles to North Idaho Collision for any future collision repairs. Highly recommended!”
