“I recently opened an account here. Jayna, who helped me set up the account made me feel so welcomed. She was very thorough in making sure that she met all my banking needs. She made this process so easy, pleasant and fun. She reflected the core value, philosophy and caring spirit of this bank well. I was truly impressed.”

“We have banked with Umpqua Bank and all the previous named banks at this location for the 42 years that we owned our business. Carol Julian is the BEST bank manager for all of our banking needs, and she was instrumental in assisting us with the sale of our veterinary clinic. We are forever grateful for the loyal service we have received. Thank you UMPQUA BANK!! ?”
