There’s always some sort of issue, they can never manage to deliver mail or packages. This will be the third time this week that I’ve had an issue with delivery. If at all possible, use ups.

I had to get a new phone. Old one needed to be shipped back for the insurance claim. Whoever does my Mail route never took the phone out of the mail box. Do your job or get a different one so a better employee can take your place.

Awful service. Scheduled deliveries don't get delivered on time. Our lazy driver missed a package. delivered one, but then for our other package, marked that our property was not accessible because she didn't want to come back a second time that day. Very rude staff at the counter.
