The store manager was beyond funny and quick! He was transparent with the prices. His representative was also very helpful with suggestions and options to drop my bill to a lower price. Gracias.

Be careful doing the trade in for "FREE"phone.....the kid that helped us lied said our payments would only change by about $20 a monthif we added a line.......we are paying $90+ for that one extra line! More then our other 2 phones....come to find out on the statements I requested to be printed we are being charged $60.99 for the lineband an extra $27.78 for "installment fee" A MONTH on top of the $60.99 a month......THIS WAS NOT EXPLAINED after I asked over and over because i wouldn't have added an extra line for that much......they also wanted to charge $600+ to cancel the line because of breaking some contract......how does that make a phone free after having one traded in? ........idk if that kid still works there but he clearly only cared about his commission.........BREAK IT ALL DOWN FOR PEOPLE DONT LIE......

I went in today and the guy with the colorful tattoos on his arm was very rude and ignored some of my questions on my phone. I was trying to buy an iPhone 11 as well and he wasn't able to proceed with the purchase due to my ID being to dirty for his camera to read. Edit: this review was with my interaction with Chase.
