“On Sept 11th the bearing went out on my travel trailer about 20 miles east of Burley. Wickel Tire Pros went the extra mile to help me out. I had called and spoke to Maria and let her know about my situation. I text a photo so they could see the problem. While we were being helped with a tow service getting us back to Burley they were on the phone looking for a new hub assembly which was 1/2 hr away to the next town. (I did not know that until the job was almost completed). We pulled into the driveway and while I checked in at the front desk, Taco had gone out and started working on it immediately. Lonnie helped finish the work and within an hour and 15 minutes of getting there we were back on the road. Thank you to the Wickel Tire Pros Team especially Maria, Taco & Lonnie for outstanding cheerful customer service in getting us back on the road!!!

There was miscommunication between some of the people here on where my car was and when it would get it. However, my car is here and it was only a day later than I was told. I originally stopped in just to get an estimate for repairs on my vehicle. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. After I left, I realized I needed to ask what I should do to cover my broken back windshield until I decided where to have the repairs done. I went back, and Korbyn immediately had another employee cover my rear window for me without hesitation.
At that point, they had no idea whether I was even going to choose their shop for the repairs. That simple act of kindness spoke volumes about the kind of people they are. They went above and beyond before they ever knew if they'd earn my business, and that meant a lot to me.
Once my vehicle was in the shop, the experience only got better. Every time I had a question, they were quick to answer, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the repairs in just two days. Other shops had quoted me at least a week, so I was incredibly impressed by both their efficiency and the quality of their communication.
I was raised to pay attention to how people treat you, and this team treated me with genuine respect, kindness, and honesty from start to finish. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, and they exceeded my expectations in every way.
