“On Sept 11th the bearing went out on my travel trailer about 20 miles east of Burley. Wickel Tire Pros went the extra mile to help me out. I had called and spoke to Maria and let her know about my situation. I text a photo so they could see the problem. While we were being helped with a tow service getting us back to Burley they were on the phone looking for a new hub assembly which was 1/2 hr away to the next town. (I did not know that until the job was almost completed). We pulled into the driveway and while I checked in at the front desk, Taco had gone out and started working on it immediately. Lonnie helped finish the work and within an hour and 15 minutes of getting there we were back on the road. Thank you to the Wickel Tire Pros Team especially Maria, Taco & Lonnie for outstanding cheerful customer service in getting us back on the road!!!

“Schedule my truck for work on my brakes. Was having issue when stopping and parking. It was easy to schedule online. Waiting area was nice as a woman I didn't mind waiting while they looked at it to let me know what was wrong. All employees were friendly. My brakes were fixed that day. No upselling on anything that I didn't need. They could have tried to get me in a new truck but they didn't.”

“Today, I bought a new dodge durango gt. The people are super nice here, however, there were a few obstacles when I did buy this car. There was miscommunication between some of the people here on where my car was and when it would get it. However, my car is here and it was only a day later than I was told. They did everything possible to accommodate me throughout this process, and I am still very happy with their service. They did not beat around the bush when showing me the numbers. It was very direct and straight to the point, which I appreciate.”

“Was traveling along I-84 when our oil light abruptly came on and pressure dropped to zero. We put in a quart of oil and found our way to the Goode Ford Dealership Although we were 8 hours from our destination, Nick was the first person we talked to. He welcomed us and put us at ease. He was professional and personable. The sevice department got us right in. While waiting, we were offered cookies and coffee. Apparently, there was a hole in our oil filter! What are the odds? This dealership seemed very family oriented. Nick even introduced us to most of the crew up front. Oil had sprayed the pickup on the tailgate and door panels, and they even washed it for us! Great staff, service and atmosphere. As a traveler, if one has to break down, this is the place to do it.”

I originally stopped in just to get an estimate for repairs on my vehicle. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. After I left, I realized I needed to ask what I should do to cover my broken back windshield until I decided where to have the repairs done. I went back, and Korbyn immediately had another employee cover my rear window for me without hesitation.
At that point, they had no idea whether I was even going to choose their shop for the repairs. That simple act of kindness spoke volumes about the kind of people they are. They went above and beyond before they ever knew if they'd earn my business, and that meant a lot to me.
Once my vehicle was in the shop, the experience only got better. Every time I had a question, they were quick to answer, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the repairs in just two days. Other shops had quoted me at least a week, so I was incredibly impressed by both their efficiency and the quality of their communication.
I was raised to pay attention to how people treat you, and this team treated me with genuine respect, kindness, and honesty from start to finish. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, and they exceeded my expectations in every way.

“Wires started showing in the front left tire on the last morning of a three day moving trip. Had us in and out in less than an hour- Jacob met us as we pulled up, took notes, went to Dennis, he quoted, we walked to get breakfast at the panaderia a few blocks away, walked back as Jacob was pulling the car out. Great prices, friendly people, overall I'm very happy and wish I had these guys in my hometown”
