“The customer service here was top notch and the staff was helpful and friendly. Their service was prompt and efficient. I cannot give 5 stars however, as the problem that I had, my vehicle pulling to the right was not resolved and neither the alignments or tire rotation and balancing, fixed the problem. It might be a problem outside of their purview but as alignment specialists, I feel like they could have given me a more definitive assessment of the actual problem and referrals of where to address it. I would definately go back there as the customer service was excellent and I have full confidence of their ability to perform normal services. Thank you for your pleasant service, I will see you again when my vehicle needs a standard service.”

“I'm visiting from another state and was at a loss as to who could repair my car air conditioner. Two different people I trust told me to go to Master AutoTech. I did, and was extremely happy with the service from Doug and the workers. They told me to bring the car in early the next morning and they would remove the old condenser and install the new one when it arrived. The plan worked perfectly and by 4 pm that day my A/C was running great and I was on my way. BTW...one of the referrals came from a local body repair shop owner I know who told me the price I was quoted was more than fair, and way better than a dealership would charge. “Schedule my truck for work on my brakes. Was having issue when stopping and parking. It was easy to schedule online. Waiting area was nice as a woman I didn't mind waiting while they looked at it to let me know what was wrong. All employees were friendly. My brakes were fixed that day. No upselling on anything that I didn't need. They could have tried to get me in a new truck but they didn't.”

“Was traveling along I-84 when our oil light abruptly came on and pressure dropped to zero. We put in a quart of oil and found our way to the Goode Ford Dealership Although we were 8 hours from our destination, Nick was the first person we talked to. He welcomed us and put us at ease. He was professional and personable. The sevice department got us right in. While waiting, we were offered cookies and coffee. Apparently, there was a hole in our oil filter! What are the odds? This dealership seemed very family oriented. Nick even introduced us to most of the crew up front. Oil had sprayed the pickup on the tailgate and door panels, and they even washed it for us! Great staff, service and atmosphere. As a traveler, if one has to break down, this is the place to do it.”
