“My family and I had been using Claunches Tires for years, formally known as Big O Tires. We didn't stop because of their services, we just haven't been able to get back there for sometime now. Dennis and my family go way back to my knowledge before I was even born. It is quite amazing the people you meet throughout our lives and become friends even family. The services at Claunches has always been amazing, the staff and owners are personable, kind and try and work with you with whatever you need to have done and get you up and going in a timely manner, they are cost efficient as well. Overall claunches has always done an amazing job and once I am able to, that will be my first stop when I go to Burley ID again. I hope really soon. Thank you for your services! “The customer service here was top notch and the staff was helpful and friendly. Their service was prompt and efficient. I cannot give 5 stars however, as the problem that I had, my vehicle pulling to the right was not resolved and neither the alignments or tire rotation and balancing, fixed the problem. It might be a problem outside of their purview but as alignment specialists, I feel like they could have given me a more definitive assessment of the actual problem and referrals of where to address it. I would definately go back there as the customer service was excellent and I have full confidence of their ability to perform normal services. Thank you for your pleasant service, I will see you again when my vehicle needs a standard service.”

“I don’t live in Idaho anymore, but I drive back frequently. I always get my oil changed at Wickel. They’re super nice, always quick, they never try to change an air filter that doesn’t need it, and they vacuum and clean my dash and windows. Absolute bargain!”
