Madelyn was amazing! I got atranded in Burley, 200+ miles into my trip and over 100miles from home. I had no clue what the name of the part I needed was. Despite it being the end of the day, Madelyn spent time with me figuring it out. Ya'll didnt have the part but she was professional and went above and beyond! A customer also helped me get it installed. Thank you for having above average customer service, especially at the end of the day.
This is a big deal, because after a bad experience at a local AutoZone, I have refused to shop at AutoZone. I will still avoid the local store but others are now on my yes list.

On multiple occasions I’ll call and ask if they have a tool or part, drive 30 miles to town, to find out their computer says they have it and it’s not actually in stock.

Had an amazing experience with this AutoZone in Burley! Had a situation where I needed help jumping a car, I didn't have jumper cables with me and upon arriving Andrew was very helpful and even let me borrow his personal jumper cables to get me going. I appreciate the exceptional customer experience he provided me. Thank you Andrew!!!

Area Managers: You've got an EXCELLENT store manager (Andrew) at your Burley store. I ordered a fuel pump assembly unit w/pump online but when I received it there was no pump. I spoke to Andrew and showed him how the ad online shows that item was both assembly unit and pump, but then discovered that when you click for more details is where it states that pump is not included. Andrew took ownership for the error by your website developers and did not try and rely on scape goat tactics to differ blame. He was professional and had zero hesitation to make things right. This is something extremely rare to find these days across most all retailers, regardless of whom you speak to, whether front line associates or store managers. Anyway, somebody needs to give Andrew a pat on back as it was a a breath of fresh air for me to speak to a manager who actually understands what customer service is really all about. Older guy with glasses mid forties or fifties with horrible customer skills had an attitude on him. Whole time it felt like he was bothered went to thank him either way and completely ignores it.
