“I have been a customer of this bank for many years. The Burley staff of Wells Fargo are excellent. They are efficient, helpful and friendly. They are quick to address any concerns and equally swift in their resolution of such concerns. I have been in banks around the country and for the manager to stand and greet people who are waiting to be serviced, is very uncommon, but very much appreciated. Their staff are well trained and helpful and always have a smile for their customers. Another notable difference from my experience with other banks, is that their are no hidden fee's and transactions are quickly processed and posted. 5 stars all around and a big thank you for your excellent customer care.”
