“I just wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful Aaron’s has been to me. I’ve bought a washer, dryer, couch, bed, and fridge from them, and they’ve always been kind and respectful — even when I’ve given them a hard time (and that’s not easy to handle!).
One thing that really stood out was when I had a futon they knew they couldn’t resell, but they still let me return it just to keep my business. To me, that’s customer service you can’t beat.
