We had the best experience! You get what you pay for--- Our service tech Manny was very kind, knowledgeable and professional! He showed up on time and went to work. He educated me on our new homes system including Full HVAC with humidifier system and gas fireplace. He did research on our system and found answers and got it operating at its fullest. And he was tidy while he worked. Thanks Manny!

Thank you Element Heating for coming to the rescue on one of the hottest days we've had so far. My air conditioner was not working and the young man that came to check it out and repair it was polite, very courteous and very conscientious. It didn't take him any time at all to diagnose the issue and to rectify the situation. Thank you again so much greatly greatly appreciate all of you??

Had a weird smell coming from my propane furnace. Savannah sent a tech out ASAP to ensure me and my kids could get safe and warm heat before the end of the day, even reaching out to techs in twin. Jose arrived as scheduled and quickly identified and remedied the odor (it was a bit of plastic debris)and cleaned out the furnace while checking for gas leaks. Charged exactly the service rate I was quoted and Savannah stayed in great contact with me throughout the experience to keep me informed of a tech arrival. All in all, I got served within a few hours of calling and I will recommend Element Heating and Cooling to everyone I know. Their service is top notch and super friendly and prices fair!!! Thank you thank you for toasty and cozy warmth

This place is amazing and they have great customer service!!! Recently, I was shafted by another place here in town, and when I called Element Heating it was a night and day difference! I spoke with Savanah on the phone and it was nice to talk to somebody who actually cares! She quickly sent a technician out to my office! He was able to get my heat back up and running and I couldn’t be any happier! I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you!!!

Product and service is outstanding! We were so impressed with the system Element Heating and Cooling installed in our rental house, we decided to update our personal home as well. Our new system is amazing and this company is great to work with. Installation is prompt and the crew they sent for the install was very respectful and professional.

We had an entire heating and cooling system installed by these guys, complete with duct work. The price was the best I found around here. They also came out the same day I called to give me an estimate on cost, and gave us a few different options and explained them all very well. We had the duct work and furnace installed not even a week later. A couple months later I called them to install a heat pump for me and things have been working amazing. They are super efficient and knowledgeable, and did everything in a timely professional manner, I would highly recommend Derek and his team to anyone, they were great.

Derek was fantastic to work with. He put out a lot of effort to make sure things were done how we wanted them and done neat and timely as well. Even though it wasn't a huge job he never made us feel like it wasn't important.
Oscar and Justin installed our equipment. They had great attitudes and were very approachable about any changes or questions I had. They were knowledgeable and really did a great job.
From start to finish I was very pleased with the experience I had with Element. I will definitely refer them to others and use them again myself in the future.

We called Element Heating because we needed a whole house humidifier added to our furnace. The guys came that same day and gave us a quote with several different options. Within a week they had it all installed, programmed, and running like a charm. We loved the prompt, professional service. They have the billing and scheduling staff to give great support as well. We highly recommend this company.
