Requested style: I like to go to great clips because it is always quick and reasonable.
This particular day I got a young lady who took 45 minutes to cut my hair.
The stylist next to us did three haircuts in the 45 minutes that I was there.
Just disappointed, I will return and request not to have the same stylist.

2 weeks ago i had a better cut. Sunday on the 25th, there was a bigger woman working there. When i spiked my hair up this morning there were gaps and a lot of uneven cuts. It looks like a child were cutting my hair or someone with very little to no experience in that business.
Very unhappy about this. I might as well cut my hair off that how bad it looks.
Hair type: I asked for a a comb over and a certain type of shortness. It looked good when it was done but i didn't see how the cuts looked like. Very bad

Usually this place is great (So Much for “Great Clips”) but yesterday WAS THE WORST! I’m not even kidding, I asked for a refund after I got a terrible haircut but even then they were still not paying attention . Didn’t even care but it was just my opinion for this .

Tonight I went in to get a haircut and was very disappointed in the quality of job performed. The stylist is new and definitely needs more training. I know she did her best, but did not meet my expectations. It is not right to charge full price for a haircut when the outcome is low quality. In order to correct this, I deserve a free haircut from someone that is better qualified.

Stepped in to get a trim as the last person treated me like a styrofoam head and got me in and out in five minutes because they were closing.. terrible job. This stylist figured it out just by looking at my cut and then told me that this cut would be FREE!

I came in about a week ago. Prices were ok. I asked for a trim on my long bangs and hair for my split ends, and instead they cut my bangs way shorter than I wanted. Not satisfied. Also crooked, I hate it. My boyfriend came in with me as well and got a trim on his long hair and beard. They did not cut it even, and he's not satisfied with it being crooked either. Our people that did the haircut didn't even look like they would cut hair. Maybe just better with kids here.Requested style: Asked for a trim, more like got a haircut and there's no reverse for that

Been in here a couple times, nuts that the price has gotten so high. Service here is usually good but, some of the stylists should be avoided... I don't know their names but they are super rude and are not good at cutting hair. I know that doesn't help a lot but, it's a 50-50 when you come here... Would be nice if you got the haircut that you asked for and paid for not the one that they think you need...

These guys are awesome with children! The kids get to describe how they want their hair trimmed or cut and the stylists accommodate. Great for the price too.I booked online and by the time I hot to Burley we were up. They also took walk ins. Great service.

I came in to Great Clips to get my hair fixed after it was butchered at a different salon... not only did they fix the part that I was stressed could not be fixed, they cleaned up other problem areas I hadn't noticed!!!! Definitely just going to skip the middle man and go back to them this next time.

Those two girls are the best when it comes to getting kids' haircuts they got them in and got them done in no time and their haircuts turned out amazing.
