“Such a great place to train I’m seriously enjoying the new MMA class. I’m a complete beginner to MMA but this class is an amazing combination of both mental and physical exercise. The coach and his professional fighters are outstanding, very patient and professional. I’m am learning a tremendous amount from everyone and learning about myself as well. Also as a puls losing a good amount of weight who doesn’t like that while having a blast. I highly recommend trying this class out If I can do it literally anyone can as well.”

“Has what you need. Some of the equipment is bit old, but works well. Needs to be organized properly with correct weights/equipment in the right areas. Which they did work on recently. They still need more weights. Often times I have to grab some from different areas of the gym. Sanitized wipes would better than paper towels and disinfectant. There this incompetent/insecure or simply girly sign on the walls of the gym that says they're sad because people leave their weights disorganized.”
