I work out of town a lot and Holiday Inn & Suites has always been nice to me this one in particular is amazing and the rooms are always clean, The service is amazing, The staff are nice and helpful. If your traveling through the Burley area I suggest you stay here!

It's kind of awkward getting to the place. You have to drive past it and drive into a mall-type entrance to find your way there.The breakfast was AWESOME! The lady taking care of everyone was right there on top of every need, no matter how small. Hot pancakes, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, just about anything one would want.Nice place.Rooms: They were comfortable and had everything we needed. Plus, some extras.Nearby activities: Near shopping strip mall. Plus, only a short trip to a Wal-Mart. Everything one needs close by.Safety: I was concerned about the side door not completely latching. I didn't even need my key card to get back in!Noteworthy details: Near the interstate.

This Holiday Inn was well kept up and very clean! Our room was comfortable and very clean as well!! The staff at the front desk was AWESOME! My family and I couldn't have asked for a better visit! THANK YOU!!!Rooms: Our room was Very clean, comfortable and was well stocked with plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and toiletries.

A nice place right off the highway. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was good.I don't know if the room really needed an undimmable physical alarm clock. That's a little clunky.

Holiday inns have truly stepped up their game & you won’t regret stopping here. Room was sparkling clean, staff was outstanding, and I can’t get over how comfy the bed was. Special shout out to Samantha, she’s the friendly face/personality you want to see when you’re sleep deprived. The absolute sweetest!

Driving through on a road trip and I did not have high expectations for an off the freeway quick stay but this is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in!The room was very clean and fresh, beds were comfortable, dove soaps and lotions as well as shampoos and conditioners, good water pressure, nice amenities and conveniences (forgot my toothbrush and they provided a complimentary replacement), and the staff was very nice and helpful. I only wish this was closer to me to enjoy more often! I highly recommend if you need a stay in Burley!Rooms: Clean, fresh, comfortable beds, stocked with higher quality (Dove) products, good water pressure, modern finishes.Safety: Well lit parking lot with spaces right out front. Felt safe and comfortable.

Parking lot access in a bit troublesome. No direct access, have to drive through a shopping complex. $200 for a one night stay. Room was clean enough except for the bathroom. Hair and muck in the shower area. TV was in and out. I'm pretty picky when spending 200 for a room.

The location is perfect, right on Snake River. The patio has the most comfortable chairs and an excellent view.I absolutely love the walking path along the river!Lory, Michelle, and Amberlyn(?), had wonderful customer service, their kindness was memorable.

This was the most expensive (over $ 200.00 per night) Holiday Inn we stayed at during our road trip. It was also the worst out of all of them. The highway noise went on all night long and the breakfast seemed to be the left overs from three days ago. The eggs were rubbery and the sausage was too hard to cut. I have come to really like Holiday Inn Express and will continue to look for them, but this one was a great disappointment and did not live up to their usual standards.Food & drinks: Breakfast was terrible and did not live up to their usual standards.

The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and smooth sheets. I slept soundly and had an outstanding Fitbit sleep score. I liked the lounge-type chair, which allowed me to read and watch TV in a relaxed state. The staff was immensely friendly this morning. That's is one outstanding way to start a day! I will stay here the next time without a doubt, because I'd like to explore the Castle Rocks State Parks and the City of Rocks.

We stay here for Business Every other week. My biggest complaint is the staff and service. We have a corporate rate setup, but they rarely get it correct, and when they don't get it correct, they absolutely won't do a thing to correct it, no refund, no credit, not even a sorry. The hotel is new, so rooms are nice, but don't waste your money on a "suite", as nothing they have is a suite, it just adds a couch and major expense. Location is fine, but you here the highway all night.

Amazing little find. The women at the front desk were excellent, and they made sure we were happy with the room before we checked in. Very little deodorizer smell at all, plus you could crack the window a little bit for some fresh air. Quiet location, and we felt safe going for an evening walk down by the gold course. There's a fire pit behind the hotel that you can sit around. Great value, and exceptionally clean, without smelling like cleaner. We were really relieved to find such a nice place to rest.

Boots clacking he raised a hand from the back seat of my car."Can we stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Burley?" He groaned.$200 later we were eating hot breakfast and drinking hot free coffee. Need a road banana? They got you. Bathroom smelled like packing paper.

I have stayed in many express hotels but this one is far better than any one of those. Nice location next to golf course and good room with nice beds. Excellent choice of breakfast. Definitely highly recommended

Nice hotel but we picked it so the kiddos could swim. Unfortunately the pool was so chlorinated that we could only stand about 10 minutes. We walked into the pool room and almost instantly our eyes were burning. The hot tub was colder than my baths I take at home so that wasn't enjoyable either. Other than that it was a good hotel. Clean and comfortable.
