Today I had to call customer service because I got notice saying my I was locked out of my account. I spoke with Gabe. I wanna say, all your employees are always friendly, but Gabe, he was outstanding. He was very professional and made me feel like it was his pleasure to help me. Thanks Gabe!!!

ICCU has friendly staff & excellent customer service in the branch, over the phone, & on the online video chat. My favorite feature is having access to so many services with their online banking! ICCU, thank you for making my banking experience so easy & convenient!

Couldn’t verify insurance after we changed policy holders. Slapped an extra 4980.00 dollars on my loan to cover and insurance that was never deactivated. Good luck with this union they suck.

Extremely rude staff they couldn’t set up an automatic payment correctly to save their lives. Good luck getting a loan you’ll spend your whole day watching them try to learn how to do their jobs.

Friendly, Buisness atmosphere. You can usually go directly to a teller for help. Very few times have I stood in a line to wait. Tellers seem to be aware of all banking questions, even odd questions like, "Do you have unusual money." It was asked during Christmas time. I'm encouraging grandkids to save any money they find special to them.

I go to the ICCU ON overland rd and a Cole rd. And this is the slowest in customer service the manager was apparently too busy to help out she was in a meeting!! The meeting could wait!! This may be enough for me to go somewhere else and considering we have everything account , savings, our house, cars as well as our kids!! Replace the manager with someone that actually will get off their butt to help!!

Go to another bank if you can....they have the worst security services around...they told us we where 16 days late on our house payment because one line had the 56 cents in it and the other didn't...

Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. They pulled payments on our paid off vehicle twice. Caused us to overdraft on our accounts. No apology issued. Then insult to injury hit us with a fee when their financial specialist “corrected” the issue.This bank makes problems for their customers to collect money on nonsense fees. Avoid this bank.ICCU, if you want to make it right, give us back the money you stole from us.
