I'm visiting from another state and was at a loss as to who could repair my car air conditioner. Two different people I trust told me to go to Master AutoTech. I did, and was extremely happy with the service from Doug and the workers. They told me to bring the car in early the next morning and they would remove the old condenser and install the new one when it arrived. The plan worked perfectly and by 4 pm that day my A/C was running great and I was on my way. BTW...one of the referrals came from a local body repair shop owner I know who told me the price I was quoted was more than fair, and way better than a dealership would charge. Thanks for a job well done from a "Little Old Lady from Pasadena" who knows nothing about car repairs.

If you are from out of town DO NOT GO HERE. They do not honor their "warranty" if a part fails they installed. The customer will have to be responsible for the labor cost. Mr. Jay seemed helpful at first then provided no further help when it came to settle the full warranty situation. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN.Service: Auto side window replacement

Rolling across the US in a 30 year old RV can be stressful. Having an obsolete part fail on the Burley ID offramp can make it worse! We called the 4 primary area repair shops and only THIS shop was available (or willing to look into) a stranded family in their moment of crisis.Failure mode required a fabrication of a now obsolete pulley and the alternator required a complete rebuild. The rebuild was coordinated with Interstate Repair and another shop who had expertise in this area...and the total cost to repair this behemoth was incredibly cheap! Honestly the best repair shop we've ever had the misfortune to need and blessing to use!Skilled and affordable... Awesome! What set them apart was that the three days we were stranded, we are allowed to continue living in our only housing option while relocating and they allowed us to use their facilities during this repair time. This so was a godsend while we relocated to Arkansas. And God bless, the repairs got this rig purring like a little a kitten and we made it safely to our new home.If in doubt, give them a call and at least check it out.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my vehicle in, they run diagnostics, as soon as they discovered the issue, they called and let me know what they found, never did anything unless it was discussed and agreed on, so there was no surprises when I picked up my vehicle. It’s like a whole new car, runs like a top! Matt is the best, he’s thorough, honest and stands behind his work! I highly recommend Interstate for all your automotive repairs, you won’t regret the decision! I know I didn’t!!Services: Engine repair

I was on my way to Utah from Twin Falls when my check engine light came on and I felt an odd grinding from what I believed was one of my tires on my passenger side that seemed to worsen when I accelerated. I googled auto-repair shops near me and Interstate Tire & Repair happened to be just 4 minutes away. I pulled off the highway and into their parking lot, and they were able to get me in almost instantly. Tammy, the receptionist, was very kind and pleasant and made me feel very welcome and comfortable as I waited. The mechanic told me when he turned the car on the check engine light wasn't on, and he took it on a test drive to see if he felt the sensation I had described to him. He didn't, but he checked everything he believed may have gone wrong anyway. I was only there for about an hour when he returned my keys and said he believed the signal fired faultily. They encouraged me to immediately call them if I got on the highway and the engine light came on or I felt the grinding sensation again. I have had no further problems with my car, and I am sorry they're located 40 minutes from me because I'd happily use their services in the future. Many mechanics would have taken advantage of the situation and charged me for something that was unnecessary but they were very honest so I only had to walk away paying for their time which I was more than happy to do especially considering the alternative which could have been an engine repair that may have been in the thousands. Thank you, Tammy and Mark!Service: Engine repair

I made an appointment for Wednesday, dropped my car off on Tuesday night, no drop box for keys, had to leave car open. On Wednesday by mid afternoon hadn't heard from them, so I called, they hadn't even started my tune up, the last said Matt would call. Matt calls I asked why they hadn't done the tune up, because that's why I made the appointment, he said I think we can still get it done. He calls back 15 minutes later and can't to it because now the parts aren't available. When I made the appointment the lady gave me a quote of 184.00. When it was all said and done it was 210.00, and the only thing that got done was plugs and boots. It's a great place to go if you have money to spend on the least amount of service as possible. Won't go back, I'm sure there's more efficient and up front places to go.Service: Tuning

Matt knows a hell of a lot more than some of the dealers. I spent nearly 700 bucks at the dodge dealer and still hadn't a clue what was wrong with my 2011 Ram truck. Mat knew immediately what the problem was when I explained the symptoms.
