The team is great to work with, handles services promptly, and assists quickly. They offer extremely competitive rates and great rates on CDs, saving customers money. They help work out difficulties and are a leading lender. Online banking is easy to use and makes paying bills easier. They offer shared branching. Members recommend Lookout to everyone and would not go anywhere else, with many moving their business to the credit union.

When I go in, I am a person and not another number. It is refreshing to walk in and be welcome in by my name. They are also very helpful and knowledgeable, and are willing to answer questions no matter how small they are. I have recommended them to friends and family. I would recommend Lookout credit union to everyone.
