I got a completely flat tire from left over roofing materials all over the parking lot at the baseball fields, I called Les Schwab and they sent their employee who goes by LA to help me at my hotel then he got the tire aired up and able to get to the shop. I followed him to the shop and he immediately had me park in one of the bays. He removed the screws, blade, nails and screw from my tire and didn’t charge me a dime. He was the nicest guy with the absolute best customer service. I was so impressed, my kids and I will be able to make the trip back home tomorrow!

I had the misfortune of dealing with a flat tire while visiting City of Rocks. I was able to get to this location to have them work on the tire. They did an amazing job! And they did it for free! Not only they fixed the tire, but they swapped it with the spare I had put on earlier. AND they put the spare one away, which required them to unload all my camping and climbing gear from the trunk and put it all back as they found it. Very grateful that they offer this service to their customers and public. I was able to drive back home without any further issues. Thank you so much!

I came in because I have a specific problem that Commercial Tire could not resolve. I explained at length that my problem was specific and that it required more than the basic diagnostic analysis to determine the problem. He was polite and I assumed that he would assign someone who could address the specific nature of the problem, but instead, I was passed off to a technician who ran it through the basic diagnostics that I had told them, had already been done by Commercial tire. No surprise, the problem was not fixed and nothing at all was done to address the specific nature of the problem, nor did I receive any information about what the problem might be. They suggested that if the problem persisted, to bring it back in to have it re-diagnosed. Not going to happen, I took it in to Commercial tire three times and they could fix the problem or even identify what the problem was, not going to waste my time with the same token commercial excuses. It's evident that I will have to take my vehicle out of Burley, likely to Boise, to resolve the issue with a company that can actually do so.

Love this place and the people. They always treat me right. Great store. It was sad to see it turn into a corporate store from a franchise but still a lot of great people and still get treated just as good as I always have.

They helped me me out when they were at there closing time. I needed a new tire because I had just hit a pot hole driving on a donut tire and I called them up and they helped me out. So thank you guys I'm truly grateful.
