First time with hearing aids and I love mine. Amy did a very good job of explaining how they worked and what to expect and I’ve been very pleased. I would recommend miracle ear to anyone who has hearing problems. M

We are so glad to have randomly found Miracle Ear in Burley. And, Amy is the perfect person to be your specialist. Her compassion for her job and clients shows. We are so appreciative of the kind way she guided my Dad thru getting hearing aids and which ones were best for him. Very impressive customer service!!!

My husband got hearing aids from Amy. He didn't like the 1st ones. Because of the guarantee that came with the 1st set , we were able to exchange them for a pair he likes much better. Amy has been good at follow up and we just had a 2nd follow up where she showed him how to use the app to control this new set better. He is very happy with them now ! Great customer service.! Would recommend Miracle Ear and Amy to anyone.

Have had my hearing aids for a year now. Very happy with my improved ability to hear, especially in places with background noise. Amy is great to work with. Allowed me to try multiple models and adjusted multiple times to improve my hearing. Great follow up and service after purchase!

The service we have recieved at miracle ear has been a pleasant one. Amy has done a wonderful job fitting and getting the right hearing aids my husband Richard is comfortable with. He is so happy being able to hear things he hasn't heard for awhile now. He tried the minis, but were not compatible with his phone,so amy was able to get him into a different aid,Richard is even happier with the new aids feels like they are a better choice. Valerie and I both experienced hearing loss. We were encouraged by a friend to try the Miracle Ear. Brady helped at first and then Amy. We have been very pleased with the service. Amy has helped with adjustments and has been very helpful.

I was tired of not being able to hear the voices of my sweet little grand daughters, but I didn’t want big clunky hearing aids. So I googled who sells the smallest hearing aids and miracle ear popped up.Amy has been so amazing to work with. She is super patient with me and all my questions and now I have tiny little hearing aids hiding in my ears and can hear my grand daughters and so much more!?❤️
