The most courteous and efficient auto repair that I found in Burley. The customer service was outstanding and they fit me in at the last minute, which I really appreciate because my AC wasn’t working and we were pretty miserable driving around before that. I highly recommend snake River auto Repair for your auto needs.

Sometimes it takes a few days to get a major repair done. But has a lube tech on site for a quick and thorough oil change.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Snake River Auto to anyone and everyone!
Israel, got me in right away, even though he was busy, let me leave my car at his shop so he could look it over and was able to have it fixed within the week. I had previously gone to two other shops for servicing and was given the run around about repairs needed. Snake River Auto is honest and very reasonable in their pricing.
My car is so much better now, and Israel's patience, kindness, understanding and generosity is truly appreciated. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done.
They’ve earned a life long customer here.

Have visited Israel's shop multiple times in the past for minor issues and information and he has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. a few weeks ago it was a much more significant issue, complete engine replacement. Israel took the time to insure what was needed, took the time to find the best options, kept me updated and even called after it was completed to insure it is running well. if integrity and ability are what you are looking for, take your work to Snake River Auto Repair

The owner, Israel, stoped by our gas station, Valley Wide in Shoshone. He helped us get a broken key out of our front door. He was also very friendly and personable. We are so very appreciative!

The best experience ever at any car mechanic. Israel was fantastic, honest, and kind. We had car issues and out of town. Israel was busy but said we had a terrible bearing issue which was spot on. He got it replaced and essentially saved our lives. Go Here if you need any car work done in Burley!

I came in from out of town to visit family this weekend and found out I had a major oil leak.
Israel at Snake River Auto was incredibly helpful and got me back on the road, with a new O-ring to stop the leak, the same day.
Many folks worry about going to a fair and honest mechanic. After my experience here, I know that Snake River Auto is skilled, timely, honest and fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his business to my friends, family, and broader community.

Israel is amazing and saved me and my son from being broken down on our trip from Utah to Washington. Car died at Auto Zone in Burley and he came right over to check it for me, followed me to his shop, found it was the alternator, and had it fixed and us on the road again in no time. It was close to his closing time but he stayed just to get us on the road. I cannot even beging to tell you how much I recommend this Auto Repair shop. I am so glad I called him and will be forever grateful to Israel.
I wish I could give him 1000 stars.

Israel is the absolute BEST! We were on our way from Oregon to Kentucky with three kids and a dog when our dash interface went black…we pulled into Napa at 4:50pm on a Friday and they told us the alternator was failing. I looked up Snake River and the reviews were solid so I called and told Israel what was happening and without hesitation he told us to come by even though it was quitting time. He stayed late, got parts delivered in only minutes, and got us back on the road in no time. Had he not done what he did we likely would have been stranded until Monday when the shops opened back up. Great people create great businesses! Thank you!

A honest mechanic who actually works on your car and fixes it. We drive an older car and a newer car and he does great with both. It's nice to have someone who is honest in a field with you can really get taken advantage of. He's a standup guy who runs a standup business. Thanks Israel

I totally recommend snake river auto repair to anyone who needs a professional! I always do what I can to fix my own vehicles and am successful 90% of the time! I was having an issue I just couldn’t figure out and I called to schedule an appointment! They told me they were scheduled about two weeks out! I understand that a good place will have a waiting list and agreed! I dropped my vehicle off the morning of before it was scheduled and before the day was half over they called me to inform me what they had learned and asked how I wanted to proceed, and informed me of pricing and what the process could be! Can’t ask for better service than that if you ask me! They also sent me a 14 page inspection with pictures and notes of their findings! I will continue to use snake river auto repair for anything I have issues with! Thanks again Israel and Nathaniel!
