I brought my family in here. I have young kids. Three employees were next to the counter repeatedly saying the F word. No one wanted to help us check out. They acted like we were inconveniencing them.

Gas pumps suck! They never work. The cashiers are more worried about their phones than customers. The coffee went downhill. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Cashiers are always rude & unprofessional. Manager is just another employee with a foul mouth & beyond poor attitude. Haven't had a decent experience at this store in months. Today we went in & the 2 cashiers 'working' were yelling across the counter to one another cussing & having a personal conversation while the manager sat at the computer behind the counter. It's an embarrassment of an establishment and only stays busy due to need and necessity.

I just went to get a soda. Stopped here. Got my soda and asked how long the chicken strips had been in the warmer. The cashier said I don't know, maybe not long. And then she walked away from the register and went to the other register and helped another customer. One of the worst experiences here. Although none of the cashier's are ever nice to me here. Will never return. Customer service is by far the most important thing a business needs.

Some lady named Mitchell or Michelle had a bad attitude on her I get she has to deal with customers 24/7 but don’t be giving your attitude towards others who don’t deserve it

I tried ordering a large amount of chicken and the lady was very rude and had Attitude Didn't wanna give me a price for the chicken or The family dinner meals. The worker Was very Lazy and that's not the Way a place of business should treat there customers. Quit if you don't like your job.

Store is dirty. No window wash ever in containers. You can never get your receipt at the pump. The employees are always behind the counter visiting or eating, but evidently does not have time to do anything else. That store has really went downhill!

In and out service. Not a long waiting time. Food temp in warmer needs to be better. Buut other then that. No complaintsservice has been great.

Went in to get some snacks before work. Two clerks were working and both had short lines. When I got to the front of the line, the clerk told me she was going to help a young fellow who was in the other line because he had waited longer. So he went to the line I was in and I stepped to the other line; all we did was switch lines, we were both helped at the same time. Well, he was helped, I left the snacks I was going to buy and told the nice cashier that the rude cashier could keep them. This just reminded me why I usually drive across town to avoid going to Mr. Gas!

I’ve been a customer to this establishment for a long time. I went in to buy myself smokes. I am 21. Well I made my friend come in with me because I was also getting quite a bit of snacks and drinks for me, him, and my mother. When I got inside the line was so long I had a hard time getting through to get to the fountain and my friend had gotten left behind. Suddenly I was gone and he decided to look for me over the counter to see if I had already made it the fountain so he could make it there. He is really tall. We got our stuff and finally got to the checkout. I say what smokes I want and the cashier goes to grab them. Then the other cashier sitting down on a stool on her phone says “you have to ID him too. Ya I seen him looking behind the counter.” He was not getting cigarettes. They were one for me one for my mother. All he was doing was looking for me to see if I was at the fountain or had just wrapped around the store to the candy isle because the line was so damn long and I didn’t want to get that close to a group of people. We tried to explain that and she was refusing. Needless to say I just got my smokes from the stinker store By smiths. I will not return to this establishment. I came in all the time to get smokes for me and my mom. I understand that the law changed but does that mean a mom coming in with her 17 yr old son won’t be allowed smokes unless he is 21?

this store is the bomb, miles the manager is very good to us customers... all the other stores need to step it up.. this mr gas is the best one by far... keep up the good work lady's and gentle men have a bless day

I've been to a couple different Mr. Gas locations in Twin Falls, Heyburn, and Burley. Occasionally I get a cheery employee but most of the time they all seem miserable. It wouldn't be fair for me to criticize the employees if it seems to be a trend with Mr. Gas locations. When employees are treated badly their emotions reflect onto the customers. I've spent a lot of money at Mr. Gas at 2101 since 2012 and it has only gotten worse to the point where I just go to Maverik or Stinkers instead.
