I've never cried as I wrote a review before, but there's a first time for everything.My car alternator went out as I was driving to Pocatello from Boise, and I was able to get to the O'Reilly's by the grace of God alone. I have two Sphynx that come with me, and one was going into a crisis because of the heat, and though I'm sure it's against their policy, they allowed my animals to stay in their store in their crates while I replaced the alternator because they would die while they were in the car.All three employees were a great help, but I couldn't have done it without Francisco, especially. I was able to replace the alternator myself with the diagrams that he gave me and a little help getting a few stuck bolts off, with people like him that help me know there's still good in the world.I'll never be able to repay them!
