Friendly and informative.I was not able to connect to residentual Fiber Optic internet in Burley Idaho. It is not available. I thought that was what they were laying last year, Fiber Optic cable.

My service is great. Being where I live 4 miles out of town I have had excellent streaming service where the last two companies I went thru were very glitchy. Thanks to my customer service person Sophie Gomez for all her help threw the transition.
