Awesome gun shop Ashley works very hard to keep customers happy and finds rare and unique firearms to purchase he's pulled alot of monkeys out of the hat for me he's a expert in fixing firearms also I purchased a firearms from another store and that firearm malfunction and he sent it back to the manufacturer free of charge to me I've had some big asks on rare hard to get firearms and Ashley finds them he is a professional in all levels support local businesses and they will work hard for you

Guy that owns this shop is unfriendly to put it nicely. I've stopped here a few times on my way through Burley and I can't say that I have had any positive experiences here.

Went in on Feb 19 to buy Ammo, was charged that day for the purchase. Check bank statements today. Was charged again on the 26th for the same price. Would love our money back!

The shop has little to be desired and is extremely messy with ridiculous prices. Though this is what ud expect from a small gun shop, u would also at least expect good costumer service witch is the complete opposite here. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant and will always act like he's bothered to just have to speak to you. He seems to have quite an ego that makes it hard to even consider buying something from him. He is also notorious for ripping people in this community off rather it be not doing the service he was paid for or price gauging things to those who don't know any better. There are much better places to go with better service especially online

Can’t speak for the owner because I don’t know who it is. But the two employees that were there when I went in were awful. Too busy on their phones to even acknowledge my presence (other than a distasteful glance upward). When I asked to see the .480 they had they didn’t even look up. They were engaged in their own little conversation about a missed call one of them had. Mind you, I was the only customer in the shop. First and last time I’ll go there.

Poor customer service. Go in over and hour before the schedule says they are going to close and walk in and basically get kicked out and told they are just closing early today even though I live in the country and live over 15 minutes away.
