Such a disappointment the last few times we have gone, the store is a disaster, employees avoid actually helping you and then when you ask for help it's an inconvenience. It's such a shame because this town needs an actual shoe store in the area instead of having to travel or order online. I highly doubt we will be back.

I like the prices here, but the staff is lacking. When I went to get shoes I had to go find someone to help me. They were all in the back. I used to get great service here, but lately it has been very mediocre.

Today September 7 around 3 pm, I went in looking to get three pairs of shoes for my girls. As soon as I walk in there was two customers waiting to pay and no employee around. Then I was in the kids section for around 45 minutes and no one acknowledged us or helped us at all. We had no luck finding their sizes so I gave up and left. As I was headed to the exit there was two employees hanging out at the register talking and the only words said to me out of the whole time in there was have a nice day. I well take my business elsewhere to some place that is more helpful.
