Very unhappy with this service, they made us wait an hour and a half then they called us up and said their person who was supposed to come pick us up had vehicle issues and that they could no longer get us, but that their sister company could pick us up for $500 more than the original cost. I have found out that this is something, that other people have experienced. I think this is very unethical and should be looked into.

Jaden (Spell?) was our tow driver. A consummate professional!
He rescued us when we were truly stuck- 2/3 of the way to our destination and the truck won't start. One phone call, and we had the peace of mind we needed - help was on the way! For having such an awful situation happen, we couldn't have planned a better outcome.
The tow was amazing- including pulling our RV, helping us get settled with the repair drop-off, and parking the RV. The courtesy was top-level, and we were surely impressed!
Thanks again, you're our hero!
(If we ever get stranded in Idaho again... you know who we are calling!)

They’d guys are fantastic. Came and saved me after an issue with my sprinter van. Absolutely awesome and extremely friendly people. If you’re looking for a tow I 100% recommend them.

I called this company to tow my semi They first said they were charging 600 received a phone call saying that it was 1200 because of airline being broken and they over charged my card for the amount of 600 charging us 1800 without giving any explanation and found out after checking bank statement

I will never do business with Snake River Towing. I’m currently broken down with a disabled vehicle. I called him and he gave me a price and said he was available. I told him I needed to check with my wife because she is also making calls. She had called AAA and they initiated a call to Snake River Towing also. The guy knew that it was the same people that were stranded but because they now had to go thru AAA and make less money, he told them that they were busy.Thank you Snake River Burley Towing for leaving someone stranded in the middle of nowhere that needed help that you could provide, but didn’t because of a few dollars. I see where your priorities are.
