I use Metro as a work line but I use the T-Mobile Tuesdays app as it has great deals! I noticed the free pint glass for today and went into the store and was treated excellent. Was checked in and was in and out with in 5 minutes.

Ya rather drive to twin then come to this one in burley went seeking to maybe get the z fold and the kids told me it will cost me over a $1000 down to get it I said nevermind went to twin and the girl told me between 3 or 4 hundred down twin had much better customer service

I am one of those people that are sceptical about reviews. I tend not to read the one stars or 5 stars. If you find this here is my story with a picture. The salesperson offered up a free promotion offer. I was all for it until the point where a $16 a month charge would appear on the bill. Once that was discussed I said nevermind the offer.... Only too hear we can't... It's too late... No resolution despite protests and calls. So... Be aware.

Still waiting for refund of double charging still waiting for replacement of defective smart watches tired of the lies from customer care and managers funny thing is the store and company have said I should of gone to a different network they agreed service is poor at both places. Went into store salesperson was busy manager was in office doing something more important then helping customers being 2 other people were waiting for help

I am impressed with the above 5 star assistance I received from Ana, Oliver, and Mikea. I was an android user for many years. They asked the right questions, they gained information and spoke to me about the I phone 14 ProMax. Well, hats off to them, cause I bought it. They went out of their way to help me set it up, move contacts and photos over. Even went through and showed me many of the features. In addition, included where to go to lunch, get car serviced, and get a tattoo. I made it back to Salt Lake City where I live. Many of my co workers were shocked that I switched. I have been in management/customer service/sales for many years. I think I might be happier with the service I received than the phone itself. Keep working hard guys! Susie @ T-Mobile in Burley is AMAZING!!!!Every time I come in she is extremely helpful and most of all she has the patience to help with any situation and answer any questions .

They are knowledgeable, but the employees don't wear there masks. You talk to them about 1 ft away. Don't feel safe in that environment.

Manager at t-mobile is the best. We were just moving to Burley, and checked around at the other cable companies in town. T-Mobile had the best deal. $50 a month for high speed internet! Much cheaper than the cable companies, and faster too! Best of all we didn't have to wait a month to get set up. She went the extra mile to get us the equipment in a weeks time.

Don't. Like the fact they give you a defective phone and then want you to pay for that phone and the pay for a replacement phone. The defective phone should be replaced at no charge.

For over two years I have had a problem with my service. They have just fixed it. After three phones, 16 sim cards and two accounts. (All that I had to pay for) they want to give me $200 is all!! Really I have paid for the service the phones and had no service!!! Wow don't do it.

I feel so bad for the owners and management of this company. Should have done a better reference check when choosing Livi Montgomery to represent your store! I have done and worked customer service/management and the way she acted in many, many reported videos. . Where she was caught LYING!! Using very inappropriate, vulgar, and extremely negative language is not okay. Goes against every single thing you are ever taught in a work environment! I am 6 months pregnant I do not need the stress or drama in my life nor does my family or friends. I have multiple videos and screenshots of her threatening and harassing me from her own phone and others which have been handed over to law enforcement! If I could post them here I would. . So you could see the person you would have to deal with! Pretty pathetic!
