“The staff at this Ace Hardware location is wonderful. U-Haul, as the product, is not. Made a reservation in Pocatello and paid 3 weeks ahead, but was forced to drive 80 miles to Burley to pick up our truck. U-Haul wanted to offer a $37 discount "for the inconvenience" 5 hours phone conversations, travel and gas. Eventually got $100 credit and 100 miles credit, but I will pay more for reliable reservations elsewhere in the future.”
