What’s the point of having a phone if no one is going to answer? I had a package that was undelivered because I forgot the apartment number and I was trying to call and see if I could come pick it up but no one answers. It just rings and rings and then a busy tone comes up.

I have to go to the post office almost everyday and I'm glad the staff are great.

This is the nicest post office I've ever been to. The postal workers are always very nice and patient.
