The customer service here at this place was absolutely horrible and disrespectful to my elderly Hispanic family member. They need to learn how to treat the elderly especially Hispanic elderly with a lot more respect.

Worse customer service we ever have , wait for 2 hours ,then they refuse to give me a phone , that it was shipped there, we only lost our time trying to pick it up.

Really bad service, with the owner of this store, I buy two iPhones Pro Max 14 which includes the service with Verizon, before completing the 30 days of guarantee and being able to know the service and have the right to cancel if we didn’t like the service. I personally went to the store two times, for returning the phones and wanted to cancel the service with Verizon, and the two times I came to the store, they told me that they were not being able to accept the phones back because, I need to call the customer service from Verizon, so they were able to cancel me the service of the phones and the lines, then I call customer service and the lady from the customer service from Verizon representative told me, that is there responsibility to make the return of the phones, from the store we’re I bought them. The owner of the store was really mad and really disrespectful by not respecting our decision of canceling our contract, we we’re paying $180 dollars for the two lines, and for being honest, the signal was terrible and the internet was slow in some places.

Terrible customer service. The one employee rolled his eyes to be helping me and the manager completely ignored me. Less than helpful. I ended up calling customer service over in china and they were more helpful. Don’t recommend.

This place is awful, go directly to Verizon they don't know what they are doing. They will just cause issues with your account and phones.

Did not get much help my phone has been hacked he basically said they are not trained for that just sale i made sure to inform him we have been customers 20 years 5 phones a month left in tears

This location is awesome!!! 10/5 stars from me. The team goes above and beyond for your needs to find you the right solutions to your problems. Super knowledgeable and very very friendly! Would recommend this store to everyone! Great experiences.
