We were traveling when we saw an ad for a used 5th wheel at Boise Airstream Adventues. We started calling Adam in sales and he made many a trip out to the camper to take pictures and confirm all info for all our questions. We finally got to look at the camper and decided we wanted to purchase it. We went through everything and found some issues. All our concerns were met with the attitude of what can we do to fix the problems from Luke the sales manager, Adam the salesman and Jeff and Chris in the shop. I have never had such great customer service from any other dealer/shop. I would recommend them to all people looking to buy a camper. It doesn't get any better than this.

We're Airstream Newbies..far from home. We pulled in on our way to Yellowstone and got offered wisdom, quick fixes, and were on our way in no time. We had an incident on our trip and stopped in for a second visit on the way home. We have been treated with respect, spectacular service with patience and kindness, and the parts department pulled off a special order with crazy efficiency! And did you know that there are complimentary campsites for Airstreamers with full hook-ups here? Worth the Drive!

Excellent customer service. On 2 different recent trips with our Airstream while passing through the area we developed mechanical issues with the trailer. On both occasions, the service manager welcomed us in to his busy schedule in order to keep us on schedule for our trip. He and his team solved the problems quickly and got us on the road. Everyone at the dealership greeted us warmly and asked if they could assist us. They even washed our rig when they were done. Amazing customer service.
