I never had a problem with this pharmacy. Even when I had the prescription and my insurance didn't want to pay. I would pay out of pocket just to get what I need. I didn't have any issues getting my prescription that are filled for multiple refills. Until February 22nd @ 531pm. The "pharmacy tech" denied to fill a prescription because my insurance said it's too soon. I explained that's fine I'll pay to pick up and she said no she's not filling it. You don't not have any right to deny someone's medication unless the prescription isn't there, has expired, or no longer exists.

They refill prescription with out my authorization, then claim I must have done it over the phone. LIARS . Not even trying to find out why the prescription was refilled in case it's there error. This is why the Medicare system is ripped off no one wants to deal with theft. Take a stand report them !!!

Pharmacy staff refused to update my address over the phone. I had to call the store manager to update my address at the pharmacy. Weird hill to die on but ok. Will not be back.

Dropped off prescription at 1:30 went to pickup At 7 and they said another 10 min and the pharmacist would do it immediately 25 min later the pharmacist said they couldn't find the prescription so they couldn't even fill it what a waste of time

Constantly get things wrong. Will add two profiles then say they can't find anything and then just chew gum and tell you to solve your own damn problem several of the pharmacists are rude and act like they could care less. And they all chew gum while they talk to you

I went into the Albertsons at 2500 Blaine St in Caldwell today to order a cake. The lady, Crystal who I asked to help me was beyond rude and acted like I was a bother. Everything I tried to ask her she replied with a smart comment and kept saying well it will cost more and that's not how we do it . The whole time I was trying to explain what I wanted the lady that decorates the cakes just stood there and listened, never once offered to help. No customer service at all. I will never go back!

Heather is the best! She is always on top of it and if there are any issues she usually has a solution. She goes above and beyond and we appreciate her very much!

I have went here for over 8 years. Chase was amazing. He left and it all went down hill from there. Samantha tries to be a know it all and has a massive attitude problem, when she really knows very little. Every time I have got my medication when she tried to make it hard to get for no reason. Most of these new employees like to play gate keeper too and like to be the "decider" lol when you have a prescription from a doctor..... they need to fill it period. I have stories for days and an actual prescription that a pharmacy tech wrote on and scribbled stuff out on it. I won't even go into it. But this pharmacy is horrible now. Go elsewhere. They lie as well. Samantha truly doesn't know anything though but acts like she does and I always feel so embarrassed for her. Like if I was her and acted that way, i would be so embarrassed. she has no clue what she is talking about. Its like telling her the sky is blue and to look at the sky it's blue and showing her..... then she will look right at it and say nope it's purple. Lol so embarrassing.

Staff is friendly, the company doesn't seem to be able to manage med ordering and following up with customers when there is an issue they are unaware of. Stayed with them for nearly 10 years, but it was time to move along

Do not ever get a prescription from this pharmacy. They lie about the status of your meds or if they are even in the system. I've been given meds with a wrong pill in the bottle a long with too many other issues to count. When I tried switching pharmacy's the new pharmacy had to call 3 times to get them to send my medications over. They gave myself and my wife more attitude than I've ever recieve at any establishment. The incompetence that the employees show at this pharmacy is immeasurable.
