“Why would you buy at a big box store, when you could pay the same price (or less) but with WAY better customer service and at the same time support local business?Jackie was very knowledgeable, super helpful, and was able to get our washer and dryer delivered and set up for us just 2 days after purchase! The delivery guys (3 of them!) were at my house on time and set everything up quickly so that I could get to work on time.Nampa Appliance has made a repeat customer out of me. They’re very kind super helpful and just a pleasure to work with. I have been going to this location for about two years now, and will only shop with them. I highly recommend it. It’s rare to find great customer service these days but their genuine kindness and great attitude makes all the difference.”
