I have been wanting to switch providers lately and decided to stop at this store to see what type of plans were available. Jose greeted me and after a brief explanation of my visit, he got right to work and pulled up variety of plans that could meet my needs. He was very thorough about all the answers to my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. I was pleased with how professional he was and about finally switching providers. I will be using this store for any future needs and hope to bump into Jose again!

The new manager is so much better than the old one. I HATED the old one. I hope he stubs his toe everyday or something like that. Anyway, I was looking at switching to att from Verizon and all that jazz and Jose actually helped me. Thanks fam 😉

I went into the store in a panic because over the phone customer service added a line to my account instead of a replacement sim card. Jose calmed me down and helped me get everything fixed, and installed the new sim card for me in less than an hour. Bri was also there helping me calm down. Both of them gave me great advise for the future. I will only be going to this store from now on!!

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are helped by a young man named Jorge from Utah please be aware he uses predatory sales tactics to get commission. On 5/10/2024 my husband and myself went into AT&T to just see about switching carriers. He was playing with numbers and gave us an amount that was just too high for us. I told him as much. As we were talking Jorge and my husband start talking cars. My husband and I have a car detailing business and Jorge stops quoting us stuff in the computer and asks us to look at his black truck in the parking lot. We do and we tell him we would love to help him out. He then tells my husband I will make your bill X amount if you sign up today with AT&T and you can detail my truck to help with the high cost of the first bill. My husband shakes his hand and they make a deal. Jorge then tells us to come back May 17, 2024 at 11:00am to get the truck to detail. We sign up for AT&T. On Wednesday 5/15/2024 we text Jorge to confirm the appointment. Jorge never responds. Come Friday May 17, 2024 my husband and myself show up at the Caldwell AT&T and Jorge then tells my husband that he is trading in his truck this weekend and doesn't need a detail, but he wants us to come back Tuesday May 21, 2024 to detail his girlfriend who is pregnant car. Tuesday comes and my husband and I go to the store to pick up the car. Jorge then says he doesn't have the money. Fine not a big deal. I knew when he never answered our calls or texts that he swindled us into getting AT&T services for his commission. Fast forward to today. It's 6/28/24 and I haven't received so much as an email from AT&T. I have gotten ZERO communication with AT&T regarding my new account. Mind you it's been 50 days since we got service. I spend over three hours on the phone trying to get our account number and Fan Pin. I finally get all the information I need to sign onto my account and find out that the amount Mr. Jorge promised was NOWHERE NEAR what he quoted us. Keep in mind I have this man's handwriting and what he wrote was going to be our bill amount every month. I was HEATED to say the least. I came into the store to confront Jorge and I did. I confront him about lying to us and his predatory sales tactics. This guy doubles down and tells me that he makes $10,000 a week. Then proceeds to tell me that he didn't have the money to get his car detailed, but he makes $10,000 a week. Then he tries to lie and says we never came into the store to speak to him. Of course I remind him that I have Google location history turned on and then he concedes to us coming in once. This guy has a problem with telling the truth. What is even worse is that Jorge STILL has this black truck and never traded it in like he told us he did the first time we went in to detail his car on 5/17/2024. It's parked as I type out front of the AT&T store.
Please be aware that if you are going to be in need of services at this store Jorge uses predatory sales tactics, he will lie to you, scam you and say whatever he needs to. To get a sale and make commission. Listen I am a human being too. I get it that people need to make money, but don't scam people. Don't lie to people. Especially people that have proof that you're a liar. Jorge, bro ALL of us reap what we sow... when someone does the same thing to you that you just did to us.... remember why it's happening.

Switched from T-mobile. The new store manager is incredibly friendly, patient, and easy-going. I appreciate his insight on the devices I was interested in, and he offered his recommendations. Left the store happy with a lower phone bill, he really tried to research any discount I could possibly receive in my benefit. Also left happy because their customer service is superior. Thank you!!!

Went in to get a new iPhone for my wife. The young lady employee (Megan?) was extremely knowledgrable and helpful. Got wife right into her new phone and transferred everything over very quickly. My wife returned about an hour or so later because her Facebook would not download. She helped her with that too! This is the same employee that got me into a better phone plan last year and saved me $100 a month. Great job.

Very helpful as a new customer. New cell phone is fine but dealing with customer service call center over the phone was not getting me anywhere. Walked right in, explained the situation, he called customer service and send all the key words…. I was set and out of there in 15 minutes!!!
