My boyfriend and I went to AutoZone to get a new battery, and the employee (Ashton, I think) was so helpful! We initially weren’t sure the battery was the issue with the vehicle, so we had killed the engine when we went inside the store. When we went back out to start it, the car was dead, so Ashton pulled his car around to help us jump it. We just wanted to hop on here and shout him out for his friendliness and stellar customer service!

Why do they allow their employees to park in the 1st available spot of the store?
The front of any store should be for customers. Shame on the manager for allowing this to happen.

Had a little trouble getting the parts from the first store website said they had my part but it was not in stock.Had to go to different store on Caldwell Blvd,and they did have it.

There was a very unkind customer while I was in the store who was yelling at the staff for building his starter upside down. The closing staff handled it very professionally and I would highly recommend this store due to their very patient respectful staff.

Just went into autozone in caldwell and Gabriel was extremely nice and polite with helping me find the right transmission fluid that I needed although the store was about ready to close he had no problem helping me with a smile on his face!!!!! That guy deserves 5 star ratting!!!

I was second in line with no one else in the store, and 3 employees (including what looked like 1 manager) were joking around at the register. When they were done laughing, 2 of them took off for lunch, and the other went to the back. A simple acknowledgement of “we’ll be right with you” would’ve gone a long way.

Rude. Came in with an emergency need of a fuel pump and the manager refused to look up the specs we needed to find it. Have the excuse that he was training a new person and was shutting the store down. Great way to help your customers. Didn’t find what I needed. Guess I will just do amazon and keep a spare.

I usually don't ask for help at these stores cause the employees don't know very much, but I have to say the veteran at this store was very helpful, and very kind got me what I was looking for and out the door thank you sir for helping me find what I was looking for and thank you for your service 🇺🇸

Came in to get my battery checked and browse for a few things and wow... Just wow. The entire experience I had was beyond stellar. Kody is literally a gem. So unbelievably knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and (from the looks of it) selfless as I feel like he's someone that would break his back to help someone in need. He helped me with my battery and around the store for about an hour. The manager (I think it's Damian? So sorry I cant recall RN!!) runs a great operation. He is also incredibly sweet and professional. Honestly I was not expecting, especially in this day and age, going to an auto parts store and having top tier customer service like I experienced this evening. The prices are great as well. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. One of these fine young (and handsome hahaha) guys will be all ears and ready to get you squared away!!

Raymond is an excellent employee. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure my wife and I got a good deal on the products we needed. Raymond deserves a raise!
